Hatsa I love you all.
Right now you may be reflecting on the nature of the title that I have created for our journey together
and it is called Honour Yourself.
And how often do we honour ourselves?
The word honour has many different connotations and different cultures.
Dignitaries are honoured,
Important people are honoured and you know the culture of what honour is.
However,
I want you to feel now that you are able to get up on the podium
and celebrate your totality for the journey we are on right now
is to give you a little bit of space to celebrate the totality of you in honouring yourself.
I now honour me.
When you feel that,
You'll feel a wave of joy.
You're spending time in honouring yourself.
Invite yourself to breathe in deeply,
Powerfully and rhythmically.
Invite yourself to step in to you and say,
My heart,
What do we need to honour ourselves for?
What are our achievements?
Where have we created magic?
What have we done to honour ourselves?
These honours don't have to be large and professional scholarships or things like that.
They're the honouring of yourself to give yourself space.
Perhaps to even give yourself boundaries.
To give yourself the gift of peace and harmony.
You may feel under a lot of pressure externally.
A lot of challenge.
Continually,
Professionally and privately.
Or both,
Or separately.
You're giving yourself a chance to honour yourself.
And in honouring yourself,
You're saying,
I am more important than this.
I am bigger than this.
I am honouring myself.
And in honouring myself,
I give myself an evolutionary leap in consciousness.
And then I begin to feel the magnificence of whom I really am.
We do find our lives so very busy.
And in finding this busyness,
To leave ourselves some time to un-busy us.
To honour ourselves for the remainder of your journey.
Invite your heart to co-create with you.
And say,
Well what do I need to honour myself for?
And why do I need to honour myself?
We are very good at piling honours on others.
And telling them how wonderful their achievements are.
And how great their work is.
Their professional or private lives.
But this must come back to yourself first for it to really be authentic.
Honouring yourself is an authentic experience.
However,
It is a challenge to many of us.
Just spending five minutes a day on your total self.
And listening to yourself.
What am I honouring myself for now?
Who and what part of me needs to honour me?
I am honouring myself by being in the presence of myself.
And recognising my commitment to myself.
This honouring yourself does take commitment.
It does take discipline.
And in taking a commitment and discipline in honouring yourself.
Checks you out from the busyness of life.
It invites you to stay entirely in the absolute present.
It invites you to be totally aligned to true trust.
You can find that you are in mortality.
Your totality is and has been funnelled through a narrow tube called human experience.
I want you now to imagine coming down and funnelling down from all these dimensions of where you've come from.
Into a tiny compressed chamber called earth and human experience.
And it doesn't leave us much time to honour ourselves.
It's a little bit like being stuck in the birth canal.
You're immortal and the part of you that needs to honour yourself may feel at some times contracted and stuck.
And this is giving yourself time to breathe.
Your soul time to breathe.
That you,
The real you,
Has to create space to honour yourself.
For you are having an experience in a human dimension.
A third dimensional reality.
That is extremely destructive to the heart and constrictive to your totality.
So by honouring yourself to know that this can be a terribly constrictive space,
The human dimension,
It restricts and contracts.
And you really do need to say,
This is not the real me.
And you're not stuck here in this time forever.
We don't need to reach for stimulants.
We don't need to panic.
And often people just kill themselves in many ways when they don't acknowledge that they need to honour themselves.
Just to separate themselves from their hearts,
As we can tend to do,
Is to kill off a part of ourselves.
Just give yourself time throughout your day,
Through concentrated breath and awareness,
To acknowledge that your true self needs honouring.
And experiencing the power of a transmission such as this is a very healing experience.
For it's healing your soul.
It's healing your intelligent heart.
And you just need to say,
Yes I can feel limited.
I feel stuck.
However,
I can connect with my true self at this moment when I'm feeling stuck.
And this true self will be the part of me that says,
Well honour yourself for even coming down into this tiny compression chamber.
Honour yourself for even coming through this narrow tube of human experience.
Honour yourself for taking the journey down into human experience.
And honour yourself for saying,
I feel stuck in the birth canal sometimes.
I feel trapped by the limitations that my world has given me.
And now it's time to spread that feeling of honouring yourself and saying,
Well I'm really very brave to have done this.
I'm very brave to have allowed myself this experience.
I honour myself enough to say,
You are awesome to have taken this incredibly intense journey into third dimensional reality when you knew multi-dimensional or other dimensional realities.
So be kind to yourself.
You have taken an evolutionary leap in consciousness.
You are now feeling the magnificence of whom you really are.
And you become one.
You are now one with the honour of yourself as the one heart of every living thing.
Feel that now.
I have given myself the gift of peace and harmony.
I have experienced in this transmission a healing of my soul and my intelligent heart.
Hearts,
I love you all.
Thank you for this moment in your human journey.
Thank yourself for honouring yourself.
You are love.
