Hearts.

I love you all.

Right now I'm inviting you to activate your self-respect energy belt in the belly chakra and to define yourself through the force of the fire element in the self-respect energy belt,

The fire element,

The sacral and solar plexus,

The belly center.

Taking your consciousness to this space to love yourself enough to hold consciousness in your core identity,

Your self-respect energy belt is an awesome challenge.

It's just so hard for a human to respect themselves.

The self-conscious will resist every attempt to love the self enough to give space to just acknowledge to yourself that you need to be with just you.

For right now the prospect of being alone with yourself can present a special challenge.

We're very busy.

We've got work during the day that goes into the night and so many people need our time and care.

It's essential to recognize that you'll strengthen your core and open up to your core identity through self-respect by acknowledging to yourself that as a baby needs sleep,

Much of it.

The soul cannot grow in spaces of too much responsibility.

The soul can only flower by attention and the space must be quiet,

Reflective,

Introspective.

If possible,

Give your soul the first hour of the day to begin your journey.

This can be a slow meditative awareness,

A chance to process nighttime dreaming,

Exercise or music.

The idea is to introduce yourself to yourself every day because in the last 24 hours you have allowed yourself to say I respect myself enough to give myself the first hour of the day to grow myself,

To grow my core identity,

To strengthen my relationship with myself and my self-nurturing energy belt where I can release stored tension,

Toxicity and past patterns that accumulate in the belly center and allow the evening space to reflect on the day,

Releasing the day slowly,

Just winding it backward,

Take it apart,

Segment by segment and just let it go.

Clients,

Family,

Unpleasant interactions,

Challenges where you felt you gave your self-respect away,

You felt responsibility for another person and their lives and their situations,

That is pulling the energy out of your belly center and that's where you give your power away and that's where you get your core identity robbed and bless,

Dismiss and thank the day and just let it go,

Like a teacher dismisses a class at the end of a lesson.

Try this blessing and dismissing at the end of every event that has been important,

Every event that has been important,

A project,

A person,

A job,

A house,

A marriage,

A child and always forgive yourself for any karma and ask to have this karma released from all lifetimes.

You then will not recreate a desire for the same situation,

Person or event again.

Really challenging yourself to define yourself in relation to your currently held beliefs about yourself enables you to not just fit in to your society's definition of what aging even is and decay.

Being self-respecting is working on your belief system about aging and death.

Each day you can say to yourself,

I am respecting myself,

I respect myself and this recodes your cellular memory with new frequencies.

These frequencies are being restrung with information that is new to the cellular structure.

Breathing in every day saying,

I respect myself,

I respect myself to recognize I'm first in my life.

This gives your cells a chance to renew themselves so they don't respond to currently held beliefs about all aspects of aging,

Decay.

The possibility of aging is then far more likely to occur.

You will not perceive yourself as being old or going anywhere near that definition of yourself.

Your life is now one of creativity and life and your cells will respond to your creative impulses.

For the self-respect energy belt is a creative,

Highly creative energy belt and as all of life is a source of creation and the creation is being infused in your cellular structure,

The moment you witness yourself as respecting yourself,

To be in awe of yourself is the most awesome thing you can do.

You can do.

For you see yourself as all that creation is capable of.

Your creation is all about yourself.

Yourself is the worshipful behavior of yourself and every time you look at yourself in love and adoration is the moment of magical creation.

You are capable of this self-adoration because it brings you self-respect.

Your belief is in the knowledge of the self as being the total of you.

Feel that now.

You can find some moments to really acknowledge to yourself that you have an essence self,

A self-respect energy belt that needs acknowledging by saying to yourself,

My essence self is now being explored.

My self-respect essence self is now being explored.

So let's explore our essence self and our essence selves now.

I now need to know that I can explore my essence self in meditation.

Invite your intelligent heart to show you your essence self,

Your soul and bring it forward.

Bring it forward.

Begin your breathing sequences.

Any particular breathing sequence you like.

You could breathe in to the count of eight,

Pause to the count of eight,

Release to the count of eight and just release.

Release.

Breathing in,

Holding or pausing,

Releasing.

Then say,

I now allow my essence self to be revealed through my self-respect energy belt to give me the confidence to explore who I really am.

Who am I really?

And life brings many opportunities to test yourself in relation to your humanness.

The first challenge is the trust process.

Trusting in you is one of the biggest challenges in being human.

And you are the true source of power.

You are a creative being in your essence self.

You are honoring your self-respect energy belt and you are not allowing yourself the need to connect to the trivia and the mundane.

Because a true source of power and respect for your power will create in you the abandonment.

You will not feel hooked in to the trivial and the mundane.

Never allow yourself the knowledge that you are merely mundane and therefore not worthy of the very best your circumstances offer.

Whatever your circumstances may be,

Offer yourself the very best in those circumstances.

You can trust,

You can believe in yourself enough to listen to your truest and most unique to listen to your truest and most unique source of wisdom.

This true and unique source of wisdom is yourself.

Feel that now.

Trust in your own self.

Honor your own self enough to say I deserve the very best.

I don't have to allow myself to be compromised by my mind,

By my emotional heart.

I am having an experience in a human body to receive love and to receive love I must self-respect myself.

And this force magnetizes itself to you and you'll feel yourself stronger.

Your fire element,

Your fires burn brightly.

The toxicity from your solar plexus and sacral moves and you're feeling alive and there's a great source of new creative allowance in your being.

Thank you for allowing yourself your self-respect.

Self to a village.

Go lovingly.
