To begin any practice requires intent and we're practicing now our intent as we open our day to ourselves,
Hearts.
Our intelligent heart is being opened now.
Greatest source of power we have is through our intelligent heart.
And as you breathe in deeply,
Powerfully and rhythmically,
To become friends with your intelligent heart,
Feel it as a pulsing golden presence,
Just like the birth morning sun.
And as the sun pulses itself over the horizon,
It's like a birth.
It's like watching and you can visualize this birth being intelligent heart.
Greet it as though you would greet a long lost loved one.
For it has done its nightly journey and now is ready to create with you.
Feel the relationship with yourself and the sun.
You may feel a sense of golden light bathing your heart.
You may allow yourself to flow with an infinity from your heart,
An infinity symbol,
The figure eight sideways to the center of the golden sun.
Do it as long as you feel,
Maybe two or three times until you've formed a connection.
When you begin to form a connection,
You'll feel your heart change frequency in your chest,
Greet your heart,
Saying to it,
Heart,
Heart,
I love you,
Heart.
And saying it with such joy and intent,
You really do feel so happy that the pulsing golden light is connecting with you.
Feel that now.
Expect a miracle.
Let's begin again.
Attune to the golden heart of the sun.
Attune to your golden heart and to feel the special connection you have and to feel the special connection you have with all of life.
As you become one with all of life,
Talk to your heart.
You may like to reflect on what,
From its perspective,
Miracles really are,
As opposed to the mind-based definition of a miracle.
Miracles through the heart.
More subtle,
A sense of gentle synchronicity,
A sense of life flowing,
A sense of invisible beings with you all day.
For when your heart is awakened,
It can send out energy,
Electromagnetic energy,
To the one heart,
The unified field,
The still point,
Whatever word.
So the synchronicities begin to happen.
There's a sense of awe,
Of wonder in every moment.
In every moment.
And this place that you're in right now is going to support you when the challenges of the day envelop you.
You are bathed in crystalline sound and light.
You only have to feel this,
Feel it,
For you to create with it.
When you feel something,
You become it.
When you think it,
You lose it.
Feel force,
Creation,
Light of the sun.
Feel it in your heart.
Birthing a heart is a great act of,
At some level,
It requires a surrender to an old way of being.
The heart,
Once awakened,
Is free to create the miracles with you,
Your intent for miracles to begin to change their form.
You may feel balance,
The need for balance in relationships,
Harmonious,
Loving relationships,
Abundance,
Balance in financials,
Physical health,
Energy,
Force,
Joy.
And it is the breath and the consistency in holding the visual,
The visual picture for your golden heart to reach out to the world.
Radiate out powerful laser-like light beams for it to begin to drag in,
Draw in,
Magnetise those miracles back to you.
And once the heart is protected,
It will do its job.
It must be protected from the wayward mind,
Cunning trickster who will continually set its force of domination and rebellion against the harmonious flow and exchange you're creating.
Your light burn brightly.
Do not let your golden flame burn down.
Let it be extinguished.
When your golden flame burns brightly,
It becomes an eternal flame.
The one flame.
It becomes the one flame and a force field of miraculous events will become an everyday occurrence.

As our golden flames are lit and burning brightly,
