Huss,
I love you all.
And as we begin our journey together,
And we set our day in motion,
As we awaken,
Open our eyes,
Throw back the curtains,
Look at the state of the day,
It is usually to the elements we first turn.
Is it going to be sunny,
Rainy,
Hot,
Windy,
Et cetera?
So,
Our first guide or beings supporting us for our day can include the forces through the sacred elements.
The sacred element of air.
Are the winds hot,
Cool?
Are there breezes?
Are clouds moving in the sky?
Or is there a storm?
The element of air very still,
Sticky,
Extremely cold.
Firstly,
Inviting yourself to co-create with the forces and beings through the sacred element of air,
Giving gratitude for the nourishing pranic life force it brings us all.
So we can take a deep,
Lungful of fresh,
Oxygenated air.
Our first gratitude must go to the air we breathe.
Feel that now.
And as the air element is acknowledged for what it is doing to us,
We must now turn toward the fire element,
The guides and forces through the sacred element of fire,
The sun.
Is it going to be a full sunny day?
Or are there dark clouds?
The sunlight,
The light through the sun is essential for life on earth.
You might like yourself to honour this ancient practice that the ancient Egyptians used and cultures still do today.
Honouring the forces through the fire element,
Through the great central sun,
The sun gods,
The force of the sun.
Invite yourself to honour that force,
To bring light so you're not in a dark world.
Thank you,
The sacred forces through the element of air.
I am grateful.
Thank you for the sacred forces through the element of fire,
The sunlight.
I am grateful.
And as you step into the next part of your day,
It will be nourishing liquid that you will drink.
You may even bathe or shower.
But you will be immersed in water at some point.
Your day will not start without water in some form.
And as you drink your first glass of cool water or your first shower,
Bath or swim in the ocean or rivers or creeks or whatever,
The water element must be acknowledged for all it is creating with you.
The sacred forces through the water element replicate our body's fluids.
We are over 80% liquid and everything is dependent in our body on vitalising fluids being poured in to nourish,
Replenish,
Hydrate and paying homage to the sacred element of water gives you a communication with the very thing you are as you put your intent in gratitude for the forces through the water element.
And as we look around us,
We see lush greenness we may not see lush greenness,
We may see desert.
We may see tropical jungle or city streets.
But it will be toward nature in that environment we will look at.
Trees,
Plants,
We may even be able to gaze on the hills or mountains behind us.
At the very least we'll be looking at our garden or lawn or a pot plant in our apartments.
And this invites us to co-create with the sacred element and the forces through the earth herself.
Just breathing in the scent of the day through the earth.
The dew on the grasses or the moisture after rain the night before.
Whatever it is,
The acknowledgement of earth,
Her soils,
Her land is your acknowledgement to yourself of your humanness.
For when we open up to these four sacred elements they become our guides,
Our trusted companions.
And when we are in balance with their forces within ourselves,
Regardless of the heat,
Extreme heat,
Extreme cold,
Fire,
Extreme heat,
Extreme cold,
Frost,
Etc.
We are holding ourselves in the sacred alchemy of the elements.
Begin your day,
Your rituals with honoring the spirits,
The guides in the elements we create with.
This invites us to acknowledge the forces through the all of life supporting us and to say yes,
I am one with you all and you are my guides today.
Feel that now,
The trusted guides,
The trusted companions.
For the element of air,
The element of fire,
Through the element of water and the earth herself,
Honor those forces through the elements as living intelligences.
