Begin to breathe in loving feelings for yourself as you take your consciousness to your base chakra.
This is the self-nurturing energy belt and it can include minor chakras in the pelvic area.
For now I want you to concentrate on the self-nurturing energy belt,
The base chakra,
The root chakra and invite yourself to take a feeling that it is already responding to your intent to cleanse it,
To charge it,
To awaken it,
To program and dedicate it for the integration of your totality that you want everything operating.
Breathe into this chakra visualizing a bright golden ruby and feel the glowing ruby at the center.
Stay in the awareness of it staying bright and glowing.
As you open up now to the sacral,
The sacral center,
The sacral chakra is located in the self-respect energy belt.
The self-respect energy belt also includes the solar plexus chakra.
For now we're inviting you to visualize a rich vivid orange like a carnelian crystal or glorious sunset or any other positive loving feelings you associate with the color orange.
Feel that now knowing that the energy is activating as you stay in a space of allowance for this to take place.
Now take your consciousness to the solar plexus in the self-respect energy belt,
The belly center and feel the glowing red having turned to orange now turning to yellow the blazing sun color of the crystal citrine or any other beautiful yellow clear and bright you can imagine.
Assume that the energy is being opened and that the chakra has been awakened,
Activated,
Charged and programmed but the energy is being stabilized here now in the three chakras the base chakra,
The sacral,
The orange and the solar plexus.
Observe them as though you are looking down at your body.
See the brightest colors which can indicate the energy moving.
Now move yourself into heart consciousness and visualize a divine soft pink rose quartz or any pink maybe a rose and begin to feel the essence of that,
That gorgeous pink gorgeous pink at your self-center your heart and energy is being poured into this chakra and it's activating love,
The self,
Compassion,
Joy for all that.
As we move our consciousness further up into the throat center this is called the self-realization energy belt it will include the throat and third eye and you're now visualizing a magnificent turquoise a brilliant blue sky or any other that reminds you of heavenly blue and feel the activation taking place,
The expansion,
The self-realization energy belts opening,
Awakening.
Moving consciousness now further into the third eye,
A glowing violet amethyst ritual or any other violet color.
The third eye located between the eyebrows and the activation of cleansing at the third eye is taking place now.
Now taking consciousness to the bliss energy belt,
The crown visualizing above your head the most brilliant clear quartz crystal you could imagine or a golden orb of white light holding your consciousness as a practice every day activating,
Charging,
Awakening,
Programming and dedicating your chakras for the complete unity and totality of your beingness.
