Thank you for your presence today as we take time and space for life.
As we offer a daily call and prayer to the sacred oneness of life,
To honour our living as one with all that is,
We offer an invocation for actualisation,
Being one with the one living system.
Listen to your body and how you'd like to sit or stand.
Begin with your arms at shoulder height,
Out to your side and take a deep breath in and draw the hands together in front of you and breathe out to release.
And again,
Breathing in and breathe out to release.
And a last breath in and breathe out to release.
Hands by your side,
Breathe in from toes all the way to the crown of the head and breathe out to release.
Breathe from toes through the body to the top of the head and out to release.
And one last deep breath from the toes and the soles of the feet to the top of the head and out to release.
I begin.
I awaken with breath as flowing nourishment.
I awaken to my beloved life for I am here in service as you,
As all that you are,
For you,
For all that you are.
I arrive to this day as all that is the energy of creation and so I begin.
As every symbol and sign,
Element and elemental,
As every vibration,
Resonance,
Frequency and song,
As every colour and sound,
As the energy of all that you are,
Of all that I am,
Of all that is.
I turn to the south.
I am south holding sun,
Fire,
Salamander and sword.
I am the seed of life.
Warmed by the spark to ember to flame as the passion,
Desire and creation of life.
I am your expression.
Turn to the north.
To this expression I find form through my north as earth,
Planet,
Pentacle and gnome.
I kneel before you as all that you are,
As every animal above and below,
Every tree that grows upon you,
Seeking form,
Foundation,
To home and to house.
I am your expression to form through your dreaming.
I am your dream.
I turn to the east.
I release that dream to the east as the air,
The stars,
The staff and the sylph to embody my message.
I am before you as all that you are,
As every feathered and winged creation whispers through every cloud who offers.
I am the conversation,
The communication,
The thought,
Knowing and wisdom of you.
I bring forth my message from creation.
I honour my message to deliver to life this day.
Hold silence for a moment for it to emerge.
I turn to the west in deliverance as water,
Undine,
Moon and vessel and all that grows within you.
I fall into you.
I offer this message,
Its expansion,
Its depth as the flow,
The fluidity,
The feeling,
The experience and becoming as you.
I am here.
With this breath,
I begin this day as life.
In service as all that I am,
As all that you are,
As all that is.
Lead me where I am needed.
Place me where I can serve.
And so it is to be.
