Welcome.
This meditation is taken from the final lesson of my Insight Timer course,
Chakra Healing
Through Reiki,
Toning,
And Breathwork.
Together in this meditation,
We will harness our collective power to manifest and align
with an ascended earth and a consciously evolved human collective.
Healing is like climbing a stairway,
Rising to a new height,
Discovering a new view,
And
forming a new perspective.
So find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,
Spine is straight,
Body is relaxed,
Deep breath in,
Filling the belly,
And a slow exhale,
Emptying the mind of any worries,
Releasing the body of any tightness.
Your eyes are closed,
Eyelids are heavy,
Totally relaxed.
Your forehead and face is relaxed.
Your neck is relaxed.
Your shoulders are relaxed.
Your back is relaxed,
All the way down to your waist and hips.
Breathe in,
Exhale.
Your arms are relaxed from the shoulders to the elbows,
Down to the hands and fingers.
Your legs are relaxed from the thighs,
The knees,
The ankles,
The feet,
All the way to
the tips of your toes.
Your whole body is relaxed.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Let your thoughts drift off on a cloud as the breeze carries it far,
Far away,
Off into
the distance,
Now out of sight.
You move through a portal of light and start to sense your new surroundings,
A warm sensation
on your face like the sun's rays.
You hear birdsong off in the distance,
Blending with music that lifts your soul.
You feel relaxed,
Safe,
And totally at peace.
You smell the faint nectar of flowers.
The air is clear and lightly caresses your cheek,
Still warm from the sun's rays.
You feel the presence of Earth.
She is caressing you in her energy,
Bathing you in her frequency,
Adjusting you,
Tuning
you so your frequency harmonizes with hers and you become part of her and she part of
you.
You begin to sense shapes and color,
Movement,
And fluctuating light.
As your environment comes more into focus,
You see the bluest clear sky above you,
Vibrant
flowers,
Large fruits and vegetables,
Green grass and trees.
Off in the distance,
You see buildings with beautiful architecture and graceful design.
You notice birds flying overhead,
Their colors blaze against the blue sky.
You see animals in the fields and you feel so at peace in this environment.
You walk to a tree and with your hand you feel its bark.
You feel a faint pulsing,
Like a heartbeat,
And you know you are one with this tree.
You reach down to touch the cool,
Green grass and feel the velvety blades beneath your fingers
and you know you are one with the Earth.
You love this place.
It is made of the essence of what you are made of.
Light and color swirling into matter,
Solid and formed in beauty.
Beside you is a garden with a bench.
You sit down on the bench and are joined by one of your guides.
This is a friend you know well,
One who has walked many incarnations with you,
Always
by your side,
Always inspiring you,
Always loving you,
Always with you,
Even when unseen.
This beloved friend is here to assist you in your evolution,
Your ascension,
Guiding
you,
Reminding you of your free choice to evolve and grow on this planet,
At whatever
speed feels most expansive for your journey.
Your guide is showing you that this world is still forming.
It is a world of beauty and nature,
Balance and harmony.
You have freedom here to explore your interests,
To create and play,
And to gather with others
to create a global society that functions through higher wisdom.
Your guide explains that there is natural duality here,
But much less division.
The darkness is gone.
Contrast here simply provides variety of choice.
This is a new earth.
This is a higher dimension.
Your DNA is upgraded and heals your body more quickly.
You feel vibrant here,
Full of energy,
Full of vitality.
The colors are brighter,
Sound is more clear,
The air more fresh,
Food more nourishing.
Your guide brings your attention to a stream and motions you to taste it.
It is clean and feels alive on your tongue.
Your senses are heightened and you feel more alive than you ever have before.
You feel the light in your heart circulate through your body and merge with the plasma
that surrounds you.
You are part of the source field,
Connecting with other humans,
Forming a new collective
for planet earth,
A new earth,
Supporting each other,
Creating benevolent technology,
Higher forms of communication,
A more loving financial system that supports freedom,
Creative
endeavors,
Travel,
And exploration.
You touch the earth and know she is a conscious being too.
She feels at peace knowing that one more will join her.
She is gathering her new human collective,
Like a mother calling her children home.
She loves all beings on her surface and within.
She is happy,
She is ready to ascend,
But she will wait a little longer,
Hoping more
will join her.
Your guide hands you a piece of paper.
In the paper are the words,
I am living in a time of great love and prosperity on ascended
earth.
You understand that this is an affirmation to be used often.
Your guide stands,
Bows,
And leaves you now,
Allowing you the time to anchor the light
and imagine your own version of an ascended earth and an ascended human collective,
Living
in harmony with each other and nature.
We are each a piece of the puzzle,
And together we will create a critical mass that will transform
earth,
Speak often of this evolution of humanity.
We will manifest it together with our combined focus and attention.
I am living in a time of great love and prosperity on ascended earth.
