Hello and welcome.

My name is Candy Foster.

I am a mindfulness meditation instructor and a Reiki Master Teacher.

And today we're going to do a meditation for the New Moon in Sagittarius for November 23rd.

And this New Moon,

Sagittarius is a fire sign,

So we're going to set some goals.

Bravery,

Honesty,

Get that spark lit on our passions.

But first we're going to let go of all those things that aren't serving.

This is a great chance to reset and recharge,

Restore our optimism and make that shift to a fresh start.

New ideas and relationships,

Different perspectives.

Let's consider all that stuff.

Any decisions this month.

Let's take a big overall look at everything.

Know all the options.

And be well informed before we make decisions.

We've got big things.

This is another month of lots of action.

Getting things done,

Getting things,

You know,

We're nearing the end of the year,

So it's like we want to get those things taken care of and move forward.

There's going to be lots of travel,

Obviously.

We've got holidays,

We all do a lot of travel.

But some inner work,

Some inner spiritual work,

Inner self-reflection and stuff.

We'll be socializing on the lot.

So let's settle in to this meditation.

It will be Reiki infused.

So if you are willing to receive Reiki energy,

Just say yes.

If not,

Reiki is all about free will.

So if you do not want to receive Reiki,

You do not have to.

You can just partake in the meditation if you like.

Thank you for joining me.

So let's settle in and find a nice comfortable position with a nice straight spine.

And let's take a deep breath in.

And release through the mouth.

Another deep breath in,

Filling the lungs.

Hold for a moment at the top and let it go.

Let's do one more deep breath in.

And let it all go.

And fall back into that more natural breath in through the nose,

Out through the nose.

And allowing each breath to just calm and settle.

Soothe that nervous system.

Just take this chance to reset.

And allow all those thoughts to just kind of float by,

Acknowledging them as they come up.

And then just kind of dismissing them.

Let them go.

Come back to the breath.

And that's how we're going to let go of those things that do not serve this month.

With this new moon,

As those things rise up,

Acknowledge them as they are.

Just as the observer,

With no attachment or emotion.

See them clearly and then let them go.

Feel a little weight lifted as you do.

Come back to the breath.

As other things rise up,

Bring that acknowledgement to the subject.

Observe clearly and release.

And repeat as those things come up.

You know the things that are holding you back right now.

So be objective,

Be the observer.

Allow it to rise up and then let it go.

And now get ready for a new start.

Turn your observation to the future.

Towards that fresh start,

A new perspective.

Give yourself some time to let those new ideas and perspectives rise up.

Give yourself some time to dream.

We're encouraged to be brave and honest.

If something scares us,

Usually that's the first place we should head.

So as that little bit of fear rises up,

Take that as a sign of the direction you should go.

Be brave and go down that path.

Where does it bring you?

We can never widen our comfort zone if we don't ever get out of it.

So step out of that fear.

Take one step towards that thing that scares you just a little bit.

Consider these new ideas and perspectives.

What kind of energy rises up around it?

Is it excitement?

Is it fear?

Is it optimistic?

It's a good thing to consider all the options,

All the things as the observer in all honesty and bravery.

Finding that fine line between fear and excuses,

Between weighing all the odds and taking risks,

Between excuses and stepping out towards your goals.

But as the observer,

You can do that.

You can find that Now let's take a moment to set some goals.

Which path are we going to take?

Set those intentions for this month.

Find that fine line between spontaneous reactions and weighing all the odds.

Stepping out into your fear,

Facing that fear,

Taking a little risk.

And bring with it that optimism,

That pleasant,

Easy,

Comfy,

Really good feeling energy.

Set those new intentions and goals.

And now you have a new perspective on everything.

So be it and so it is.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Start to come back to your physical space.

Bring some small movement into your body.

Open your eyes when you're ready.
