Hello and welcome to the full moon in Leo.
This full moon is a snow moon for very obvious reasons.
Well,
And depending on where you are,
We are in New Hampshire and we have lots of beautiful snow all over the trees right now.
So welcome the snow moon.
Leo is calling for balance in our relationships,
Both romantic and platonic,
And our expressions in our personal and impersonal ways.
So that is calling for us to focus on our heart and our throat chakras.
Leo is proud and very individual energy,
So we may be finding it hard to work in a team environment right now.
Of course,
This is important,
Especially if we work in that kind of environment at our careers.
Also at home,
Home is a team deal.
So being conscious of that energy,
Being present is very important to helping us move forward and working with our teams that we have surrounding us.
So let's settle in to a comfortable space where we can just bring our consciousness to our center.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in,
Let it all go.
And one more.
Breathe in deeply and then let it all go.
Settle into your comfortable space,
Into that more natural breath,
Breathing in softer,
Gentler,
And out softer and gentler,
Focusing on that automatic breath that just happens,
Letting any outside thoughts that keep popping up,
Let them pop up,
Acknowledge them,
And then just let them pass by.
Settling into our center,
Our center being our heart,
Center of all our feelings,
And start to bring to mind all of the relationships we're surrounded by,
All of the relationships in your life,
Family,
Friends,
Romantic,
Platonic.
Are there any that are being neglected?
This is a great time to let go of that old state and bringing more balance into all of your relationships.
Being able to spread ourselves equally amongst all of those that we care for also creates more balance throughout the rest of our lives.
With those relationships that have been neglected,
Is there something that needs to be said or has been said?
Something that needs a little attention?
Is there something that has a little regret behind it?
Take a moment to sit with those thoughts,
Those regrets,
And just feel them and then let them go.
As you feel them,
Focus on your throat chakra.
Are there amends that need to be made?
And as you feel the energy of your throat chakra,
Does it flow easily?
Are there some sticking points?
Stay here and work through this until you feel that energy clearing up,
Smoothing out.
You will notice anything that needs to be said will come up.
Anything that needs to be expressed will come to mind.
Trust what comes up.
This is a great time to heal our relationships,
Nurture them,
But also a time to stand up for ourselves and our place in those relationships.
We can also take responsibility for our part.
This is a beautiful time to heal all wounds.
Coming back to your heart center,
Place a hand over your heart.
Feel the healing of these relationships,
These expressions of yourself taking place.
Feel that flow in your heart chakra.
That's spinning.
Is it smoother?
Is it flowing?
If not,
Sit with this for a while.
Allow that energy to smooth out.
Allow the information to rise up,
The information we need to repair our relationships,
Bring more balance to all our relationships,
And bring back that pride of Leo in a more balanced way.
Coming back to our physical space now,
Start to breathe into your body.
Breathe out,
Breathe in again deeply,
And release.
Start to wiggle your fingers and toes and come back when you're ready.
