Witness and Observe.
Witnessing and observing the world is the grounding practice of staying centered in your energy and emotions.
This is the opposite of opening up to feel with others.
Although there are often situations when you will be doing both.
Alternately feeling and observing to various degrees.
Witnessing and observing can be like sitting within the calm eye of an emotional storm playing out around you.
Such as a confrontation between two difficult co-workers during a company-wide meeting.
Or several family members becoming highly emotional at a reunion or wedding.
Witnessing allows you to remain above the emotional fray.
Observing events and people with curiosity and healthy detachment.
Feeling with others involves the clairsentient psychic pathway.
While witnessing and observing engages the clear cognizant psychic pathway.
Expect more thinking,
Intuitive hits when witnessing and observing,
Like breakthrough ideas and realizations.
