This is the second time we've pulled this card this month.
The Essence.
Just as you're involved in co-creating your world.
You are also responsible for its well-being.
The Earth Keepers are dedicated to the stewardship of the Earth and all life.
They choose to hold the sacred dream of a planet where all beings live in peace and where the rivers and the air are clean.
Remember that everything you do has an impact for several generations.
The invitation.
You have outgrown your small dream of success and achievement and are ready to dream big.
With possibility beyond your wildest expectations.
Take on the mantle.
Of the Earthkeeper.
And reach out to a friend in need whom you may not have been in touch with for some time.
Take care of your pets and feed the strays that come by.
Clean up your yard.
As this as a reflection.
Of your relationship to the Earth.
Grow the sacred dream,
And your personal life will flourish.
Remember,
It's not about me any longer.
The medicine.
As you care for your body,
You show your care for Mother Earth.
So begin with the stewardship of your health.
What are you putting in your mouth?
Are you feeding on food and thoughts that are not good for you?
Start doing what you know will be good for you today.

It's kind of an amazing thought when we connect taking care of ourselves to taking care of the earth.
Lord knows that our earth needs all the care it can get,
Right?
As humans,
We've kind of abused it a little bit.
Not always knowing it,
But.

.
It is the case.
So everything we can do.
To feed our mother earth.
Better energy,
Better.
Care.
The better off we're all going to be.
But just as everything,
It starts with ourselves.
If we're not caring for ourselves,
We can't care for anything else.
Which also includes the universe,
Right?
The Earth,
Our planet.
If we aren't taking care of ourselves,
We don't have the energy to take care of our planet.
So it's a big picture,
But it starts with one small step.
If you have been feeding your body with.
Sub-premium food drink,
Energy,
Thoughts.
Movement.
That's our starting point.
If you're already there and taking supreme care of your body,
Congratulations.
Then you already have the energy.
To bring a little more focus to our planet.
And when we all take our appropriate steps.
In the end,
We'll all come together.
And we'll all be one.
