Simply take a moment to accept in your mind's eye.

Today's message.

Take time to breathe out.

Disseminating Moon.

The intensity of the full moon has abated.

And what are we left with?

That's what this card is asking you.

It suggests that the situation you're asking about has now peaked,

And it's time for you to regroup and learn from your experience rather than blindly forging ahead.

Have faith that what is happening is for your best.

Try to accept the way things are now and give yourself and others time out to relax.

Breathe.

We can't be on all the time.

If you feel you've hit an obstacle or even failed in some way,

Now is the time to reflect on how to do things differently next time.

Be honest with yourself.

If you feel bad about your current situation,

And then remind yourself.

That life goes in cycles.

And it's okay.

So let's take a moment to settle in.

Let's take a deep breath in,

Let's take a break.

I know if you are anything like me,

We're pushers,

We want things done.

We have goals.

We have dreams.

We have desires.

And we always feel like there's work to be done.

Sometimes though,

That work has to stop so we can regroup,

Revisit,

Take a step back,

And take a broader view of where we are.

Because sometimes when we're pushing,

We lose sight of the end result,

The reason we started,

The purpose behind it all.

And when we start making ourselves crazy and stressed and exhausted,

We lose our passion for that purpose and that reasoning.

So I invite you again today to take one more deep breath,

And an even longer breath out.
