A little note for this month.
We're coming into June,
And this month really kicks off a three-month manifestation threshold.
So,
If you have things that you're working on manifesting,
Know that this is a great month to really start to focus on that.
We're going to be clearing energies,
Getting rid of the things that aren't working,
And really start progressively working towards July and August.
Now,
August is our Lion's Gate.
This is a huge manifestation portal,
And actually,
Truly my favorite time of the year.

Quiet Your Mind.
Quieting the mind is challenging for most people,
Yet most people find it gets easier with practice.
Train your brain to be silent by trying to increase the space between your thoughts.
Most of us can't even count one second between thoughts.
But with patience and practice,
You can increase the quiet space between thoughts significantly when you want to,
Giving your nervous system a rest.
When you increase the space between your thoughts,
You also increase the amount of intuitive hits you receive.
Your head can only hold so much,
Just like a pitcher of water.
If you want more divine guidance,
Make room in your brain for mental images,
Clairvoyance,
The intuitive voice,
Clairaudience,
And claircognizance,
Thoughts,
Or downloads.
Quieting the mind is a simple concept,
Yet it can have profoundly positive effects on your ability to access your sixth sense.
All right,
Take a moment to settle.
Become present.
Just take in this message and the energy shared here.
As a meditation instructor,
I'm obviously very passionate about meditation,
As I share lots of them here on Insight Timer.
And I know that that is the first thing most people say to me is,
Oh,
I can't meditate.
I can't stop thinking.
The key is often just starting with those little moments.
And this is a great way to do it.
Just try to increase a little longer between thoughts.
Maybe it's creating a practice of when you recognize those thoughts,
Just letting them pass by,
Acknowledge them,
And let them go.
Come back to that quiet space.
Maybe it's your breath.
Maybe it's an object.
And practice starting with five minutes.
If that seems too long,
Go less.
Creating that quiet space in our mind brings us some peace.
And we can really,
Really see it in our nervous system.
We can feel it when we take that time to do that.
I know I'm at a point in my life where when I start missing my meditations,
Oh,
It feels like everything's gone haywire.
And I just started at a very short five-minute meditation,
So way back when.
