Maybe you're struggling with cravings that feel,

At times,

Out of your control.

Maybe it's one that's been around for years,

Or as long as you can remember.

Maybe it's something totally new.

Whether your cravings are food,

Beverages,

Habits,

Or actions,

It makes no difference.

What matters is,

It has caught your attention.

And if you're here now,

I'm assuming you want to do something about it.

Welcome.

I invite you to join me on an exploration.

An exploration of your emotions.

Are you ready?

Please find a comfortable place.

Gather a nice straight spine.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

And let it all go out through the mouth.

Breathe in deeply.

And out fully.

Gather up one more deep breath in.

And out.

Starting to settle back into that softer,

Gentler breath.

Feeling and following its rhythm.

And as you settle,

Allow your mind to bring forward that thing you continue to crave.

Without judgment,

Let it show itself.

Allow it to be seen free of guilt or shame.

As it appears clear as day before you.

You feel the energy behind it.

What does this energy carry with it?

There is a history here.

Within this energy.

Allow it to transport you back in time to its origins.

To the first time this craving appeared.

What was happening around you?

And what are the emotions that are present at this time?

Bringing it to your awareness fully.

And you see how it continues to carry forward in your life today.

Recognize it is no fault of yours.

This was a way to deal with whatever this situation was for you.

Your body and your mind.

Remember the feeling.

Remember the feeling,

This habit,

This move.

This thing did to help you feel better.

But now you see.

Now you've identified it.

And now you can let it go.

In your mind's eye,

I invite you to shake the hand of your craving.

Thank it for all it has done in the past.

To make you feel better.

But now it's time to say goodbye.

As this craving turns and walks away.

You wave.

And you begin to feel free.

Free from this craving you've clearly outgrown.

With this freedom,

Imagine the progress you can make now.

See how much easier your journey will be from here on out.

Bring this vision forth with all the details and emotions you can imagine.

Allow the vision to become a part of you.

This can be your reality.

Coming back now to your physical space.

Start to recognize your surroundings,

Your physical connection back to the planet.

Grounding in this clarity and this energy and this vision.

Bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in.

And release.

And come back when you're ready.
