Our chakras do a lot for us every day and though we know they're there we often take them for granted. So, in this meditation, we'll take some time to bring them into balance and harmony give them a little love, and bless them while we're at it.

Our chakras do a lot for us every day.

And though we know they're there,

We often take them for granted.

So in this meditation,

We'll take some time to bring them into balance and harmony and give them a little love and bless them while we're at it.

So will you find a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed?

Find your nice straight spine and welcome in a deep cleansing breath.

Breathe out and then in again.

Release and breathe in deeply and out fully.

As you settle into a softer,

Gentler breath,

Allow me to connect with your energy,

Allowing a sense of peace and contentment to settle in,

Releasing any need to control your thoughts,

Your environment,

And your perception.

Just allow yourself to be.

Allow your awareness to settle at your root chakra,

At the base of your spine,

Also known as Muladhara.

Notice the flow of energy here.

How does it feel and move?

Imagine it moving in a clockwise motion.

Assess that movement.

Is it slow,

Fast,

Jerky,

Or smooth?

As your awareness continues to notice how that energy levels out,

It becomes steadier and smoother,

Bringing your awareness up to your sacral chakra,

Just below the belly button,

Also called the Svadhisthana in Sanskrit.

Feel the present energy here.

Follow this energy until you feel it stabilize and equalize,

Moving your attention to your solar plexus,

Just above the belly button.

This is known as your Manipura in Sanskrit,

Your true energy center,

Your place of inner strength and power.

Take stock of the energy pattern and movement here.

How does it flow?

Is it smooth or choppy?

Does it barely move or is it moving too fast and frenzied?

Give it your full attention and focus.

See and feel it fall into its natural rhythm,

Bringing your consciousness to your heart chakra,

Or the Anahata,

Your center for peace and contentment,

Joy and love.

How does this energy feel?

How does it flow?

Give your heart chakra your full attention and intention to heal,

Bringing love and balance back in.

As your awareness resets up to your throat chakra,

Also known as Vishuddha in Sanskrit,

Our space of knowledge,

Wisdom,

Willpower,

Truth,

Choice,

And communication.

Be conscious of its energy.

If there are any blocks,

Allow yourself to work through them until they settle and soothe,

Allowing your consciousness to settle at your third eye,

Your Ajna,

Place of clear vision,

The ability to trust your intuition and move towards your higher purpose.

Notice your current energy here,

Its rhythm or lack thereof.

Allow this process to bring it back to its set point,

Bringing your attention to your crown chakra,

The Sahasrara,

Your connection to your spirit nature and the divine,

Following the flow of its energy until you feel it balance and smooth into synergy.

Allow these energy fields to unite from the crown to the third eye,

The throat,

The heart,

Down through the solar plexus,

The sacral and the root chakras until they are all vibrating within unison.

We bless this chakra system for all it does for us every day.

And so it is,

And so it is,

And so it is.

Coming back now to your physical space,

Start to recognize your surroundings,

Bring some light movement into the body,

And take a deep breath in and release.
