Today, we'll go for a stroll in a beautiful meadow. There we will find 4 paths. Which one will you take? Which one feels attuened to you? There is no wrong answer here unless it doesnt' feel good. So, join me on this journey to attune to your inner season no matter what stage of life you are in, this practice is a beautiful one.

Welcome.

I invite you to close your eyes with a slow,

Deep breath in and a gentle breath out.

Allow your body to soften and your breath to find a natural rhythm.

Allow your mind to begin to quiet.

Now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful meadow,

Surrounded by the natural world.

Before you are four pathways,

Each leading to a different season.

To your left,

A path lined with blossoms and fresh green shoots,

Spring,

Ahead,

A golden path under the warmth of the sun,

Summer.

To the right,

A trail of falling leaves and harvest colors,

Autumn.

And behind you,

A snowy,

Still landscape,

Winter.

Take a moment here to notice which path is calling you right now.

Trust your intuition.

Step into that path,

Allowing yourself to fully immerse in its energy.

If you are in spring,

Feel renewal,

Hope,

And fresh beginnings.

If you are in summer,

Feel vibrancy,

Passion,

And abundance.

If you are in autumn,

Feel gratitude,

Release,

And transition.

And if you are in winter,

Feel rest,

Reflection,

And deep wisdom.

Breathe in this season.

Allow its energy to flow into your body,

Your heart,

And your spirit.

Let it guide you.

Now,

Silently affirm,

I honor the season I am in.

I trust the cycles of life.

I move with rhythm,

Not against it.

And spend a few moments simply resting in the beauty of your season.

Notice how your body feels when you allow yourself to be exactly where you are.

And when you are ready,

Imagine yourself slowly walking back to the meadow.

Carrying the energy of your season with you.

Know that this rhythm is always available to you,

Always guiding you towards balance and alignment.

Now,

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

I invite you to carry this awareness with you today,

Moving with the natural flow of your soul's season.
