Welcome to this manifestation meditation.
It's time to manifest.
Go ahead and get comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath right into your belly.
Breathing in through the nose and exhale through the mouth to start.
Let's do a few more like that.
Letting go as you exhale of anything you don't need to take with you on this inward journey today.
They say that we don't manifest what we want,
We manifest from who we are.
So let's get in alignment inside out with what it is that you're wanting to bring into your life.
By imagining in this alignment today that it's already here,
That you are already that version of yourself who have manifested that.
When you're ready go ahead and let the breath flow in and out of your nose.
Feeling as if the in-breath becomes the out-breath and the out-breath becomes the in-breath.
Inviting in the healing light to guide you.
Flowing down through the body from the top of your head and all the way down to the soles of your feet.
Allowing your entire body to relax.
It may start to feel as if you are floating in relaxation as you feel that healing light fill the body and you becoming one with the light.
Time and space falling away.
Just you and the breath floating.
Bringing to mind what it is that you are wanting to manifest.
What is it that you are wanting to attract into your life?
With that in mind notice the space between your out-breath and your in-breath.
Gazing into that space between your out-breath and your in-breath.
Imagining a gateway here.
Traveling through that gateway,
Through the tunnel of light.
Arriving in this big beautiful space filled with light.
A space of alignment.
A space where you can connect to the wisdom here and the infinite possibilities that are available to you.
Arrive there now.
Arriving in this space of wisdom and alignment and infinite possibilities as you consider that thing that you are wanting to manifest.
I want you to immediately imagine what version of you does that require?
What qualities do you have as you are manifesting that?
In front of you right now a version of you arrives.
It's the version of you that has already manifested that thing.
And I want you to notice what you notice about this version of yourself.
How you feel.
How you sound.
Any feelings,
Sounds or images.
Just notice what you notice.
Both of those versions of you are here.
The now version and the version of you that has already achieved that,
Manifested that.
So imagining the now version of yourself.
Asking the future version of yourself who have already manifested that thing.
What you need to know to bridge the gap and become the version of yourself.
Who have already manifested that.
Ask now what do I need to know to bridge the gap and become that version and imagine that thing already here.
Because in the field of infinite possibilities it's already here now.
Listen and observe.
Let me know what I need to know now to bridge the gap.
And then you become that version of yourself now that has already manifested it.
Feel how that feels.
Notice what you notice.
Imagine it already here.
What are you doing differently in your day-to-day life when you have already manifested that now?
Explore and notice.
Consider it done.
So that you can venture back into your day-to-day life knowing that it has already happened here in the field of infinite possibilities.
That you have aligned energetically with that today.
You may notice something differently about yourself the way you hold yourself a feeling within.
Trust in this alignment.
See it and feel it already done.
Ask your higher self if there is anything else you need to know here now.
And then travel back through the gateway.
Trusting in the work that you did here today.
And take a deep breath in,
Sealing this practice and coming back into the space you're in whenever you're ready.
