Imagine you're traveling on a special train.

It's a peace train and when you climb aboard this train you'll feel calm and peaceful.

You walk through the carriages and find a seat and as you sit down you can feel your body becoming quiet and peaceful.

Your feet feel heavy and relaxed on the floor of the train as your bottom sinks deeper into the seat.

Your legs are still and calm and this feeling of quiet moves into your upper body,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your neck and your face.

Your whole body feels relaxed and peaceful and your mind becomes quiet and calm.

You look out of the train window and watch the scenery change as it passes.

It's a bright sunny day and the sky is blue and clear.

The countryside looks green and fresh,

The grass sweeping over flat fields and hills.

The view from your window reflects the calm feeling inside you.

In this moment everything is just as it should be.

Remember the peace train is always running and if you want to slow down you can always close your eyes and imagine you're climbing onto the train and feeling calm and peaceful.
