Find a comfortable resting position.

Close your eyes when you are ready.

The day is over.

It's time to rest.

Dismiss the thoughts still swirling.

Dismiss it.

Take deep breaths in.

Repeat them until the breaths are the only thing with your focus.

And out.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest.

Stillness of your mind.

Weight of your body sinking into a relaxed position.

Breathe even deeper.

In and out.

Breathe as you prepare to sleep.

Tell your thoughts,

Good night.
