How often are you doing for others?
Pouring into them,
Ensuring they have what they need.
Right now you're going to pour into yourself.
Make sure that your cup is full.
Take a comfortable seat and when you're ready gently close your eyes.
Bring your focus to your breath as it enters and leaves your body gently,
Slowly,
Without control.
And on your next inhale,
Try to deepen it,
Allowing the air to fill your belly as much as possible.
And out of your mouth release.
Inhale again,
Filling your belly and out of your mouth release.
One last time,
A big full belly inhale and release.
Allow yourself to enjoy stillness for a moment.
Out loud or silently repeat,
I deserve happiness.
I deserve peace.
I deserve love.
I deserve what I desire.
For just a moment on your own,
Repeat what you deserve.
As they say,
Speak all of those things into the atmosphere.
And if you are finding it hard to continue allowing it to flow,
All of the things you deserve,
Simply repeat,
I deserve love.
I deserve love.
Take another deep breath in and allow the energy to fill your heart.
And as you exhale,
Bring a smile to your face.
As this meditation comes to a close,
Allow movement back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Maybe even roll out your shoulders.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and open your eyes.
