As you settle in your seat,
Bring your attention to your heart center,
Placing a hand on your chest if you are able.
Follow your breath as your chest rises and falls.
Love is the desire of your heart.
And as you consider these words,
Fill them,
Fill your space with as much as you can contain.
Once your heart is overflowing,
Allow it to spill into the world.
The love I want to receive,
I easily give and expect it to return to me.
The love I want to receive,

It fills me up from the inside out,
From the top of my head to the bottom of my feet.
It fills me up from the inside out,

It has healing properties that repair hurt and sorrow.
It calms my anxious mind.
It settles my worries and concerns.
It brightens the darkest of days.
The love I need,
I'm not afraid to give and I'm open to receive.
It is the love I need,
