Take a breath in and as you exhale,
Repeat,
I accept this too,
Because if you can't control it,
You can't control it,
But your mind needs to release it.
Your mind doesn't need to ruminate over what you can't control.
Breathe and repeat,
I accept this too,
Until your mind eases.
Acceptance is the ability to be okay with what is.
Without acceptance,
Peace is disrupted.
