How often do you give yourself a moment to transition from your day?

To stop and release what's happened before easing into your evening?

Do you go straight from your Atwood persona to your at-home persona without a moment to pause?

Take a moment for yourself now.

Release the day with these affirmations.

Today,

I gave all I had.

I gave my best to everything I did.

Anything left undone can wait.

Again.

Today,

I gave all I had.

I gave my best to all I did.

Anything left undone can wait.

Take a long,

Deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Release the day.

Now close your eyes and pause for a moment.

Allow your breath to guide you.

Before you leave this meditation,

Recite these affirmations for the evening.

I am ready for a peaceful evening.

I welcome ease and comfort.

I will find a moment to myself before I sleep.
