Settling your seat,
Let your thoughts slowly fade away and your breath to get heavier with each inhale.
As you exhale,
Consider all the ways you've been creative,
Not only artistically,
Whether you can sing or dance,
Write or rhyme,
If you express yourself in fashion or expressions,
But how about how you show up?
How you solve the latest challenge or overcome your tallest mountain?
How you find ways to give when what's inside seems minimal?
How you love abundantly even if your cup is half empty?
How you nurture when it's been a while since you've been nurtured?
Creativity flows through you in so many different ways.
Pause for a moment and consider just how creative you are.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale,
Allow your mind to consider all the creativity flowing through you.
As this meditation comes to an end,
Don't forget just how creative you are.
