Allow your muscles to relax,

Your breathing to come to a slow inhale and an even slower exhale.

As you prepare for the day,

Consider this.

Today will be a good day.

I will have everything I need.

I will be gifted health,

Peace,

And love.

Worry will not consume me.

Fear will not stop me.

Anger will not enrage me.

Ease will be my foundation.

Strength will be my pillar and peace will be my roof.
