Take a long inhale through the nose,

And start to visualize a red ball of light,
A red ball of energy at the base of your spine.
And just allow this ball to expand,
To expand and grow in the area of your hips and pelvis.
And feel yourself anchored to the earth,
Rooted in your hips and pelvis.
And allow this ball of red expansive light go down your legs and into your feet.
Allowing this light to root you to Mother Earth.
Feeling stability,
Security,
Grounded,
Connected to your roots.
And allow this ball of light,
Of red light,
Expand into every area of your body.
Up into your chest,
Your shoulders,
Down into your arms,
Into the tips of your fingers.
Up into your head.
Allow this healing energy to expand throughout your whole body.
