Find a comfortable space.

Allow yourself to settle.

Your spine is nice and long,

Shoulders relaxed,

Palms facing upwards.

Gently closing your eyes.

Soft eye gaze inwards.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your hips and pelvis.

Sit deep in your hips and pelvis.

And start to bring awareness to your breath.

Just observe how you're feeling without attaching to any thoughts or thinking.

Just observe.

With your eyes closed,

Soft eye gaze inwards.

Gently lift your eye gaze in between your two eyebrows in your third eye.

Take a long inhale through the nose,

Counting to four.

Hold the breath for four.

Exhale for four.

Inhale for four.

Hold the breath for four.

Exhale for four.

Inhale for four.

Hold the breath for four.

Exhale for four.

Inhale for four.

Hold the breath for four.

Exhale for four.

Stay connected to the breath,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

And bring your attention to the base of your spine,

To your root.

Relaxing your hips and pelvis.

And start to visualize a red ball of light,

A red ball of energy at the base of your spine.

And just allow this ball to expand,

To expand and grow in the area of your hips and pelvis.

And feel yourself anchored to the earth,

Rooted in your hips and pelvis.

And allow this ball of red expansive light go down your legs and into your feet.

Allowing this light to root you to Mother Earth.

Feeling stability,

Security,

Grounded,

Connected to your roots.

And allow this ball of light,

Of red light,

Expand into every area of your body.

Up into your chest,

Your shoulders,

Down into your arms,

Into the tips of your fingers.

Up into your head.

Allow this healing energy to expand throughout your whole body.

Keep breathing in and out through the nose.

Sit deep in your hips and pelvis,

Feeling the support.

And now I want you to repeat these statements after me,

Out loud if you wish to.

I trust in life.

I am supported by the universe.

I am supported by the universe.

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Allowing yourself to connect to the words.

Relaxing your hips and pelvis,

Spine straight,

Shoulders relaxed.

Relaxing the hips and pelvis.

Connected to this healing energy vibrating throughout your whole body.

This red expansive grounding energy.

Allow yourself to trust in life.

Know that you're supported by the universe.

Connected to the earth.

You belong here and you have everything you need.

Connect to this grounding energy.

And know that you can access this energy anytime you need to.

Take a big long inhale through the nose.

Filling your lungs and exhale out the mouth.

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

Feel yourself rooted,

Secure,

Stable.

And just gently opening your eyes.

Come back to the space.
