Come to a seated position with your legs crossed,

Your spine nice and straight,

Shoulders relaxed and just gently close your eyes and begin to notice your breath,

Breathing in and out through your nose and breathe into your cells,

Allowing your body to completely relax and let go and start to tune in to how you're feeling without attaching to any thoughts,

Just notice,

Observe and notice the gentle movement of your body with the breath,

Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Stories,

Problems and come into the present moment,

Draw your energy and presence deeper into this present moment.

Who are you without these thoughts,

Stories,

Problems and concerns that you carry?

Who are you?

Allow anything to arise without pushing or forcing,

Just allowing without getting attached to any thoughts or thinking and move your awareness to joy,

Passion and your desires and take a deep breath in and as you exhale surrender all of these to the universe as you bring more of your presence and energy into the here and now,

Feel the prana and the energy throughout your whole body and allow yourself to disconnect from the outside world as you let go of all the external stories,

Give yourself permission to detach,

Bring yourself deeper into this moment,

Into the here and now and tune into your inner world,

Allowing yourself to let go of your own thoughts,

Concerns,

Burdens,

Stories,

Worries,

Anything you may be experiencing,

Just completely let go.

With every exhale keep coming deeper into the present moment.

Who are you without all of these stories?

Recognize in this moment that you are completely free,

No stories bind you,

No experiences can limit you,

You are free in this present moment.

Keep breathing in and out through the nose and give yourself permission to experience your inner world,

What is alive within you and feel this freedom flowing through you as you expand and tune into your core vibration.

Keep breathing in and out through the nose and give your soul the space to be whoever it desires to be,

To feel whatever it decides to be in this moment.

Aligning and connecting to your inner world.

Feel the centering energy speaking to every cell in your body,

Reminding them of your true nature.

As you draw your energy back into yourself,

Recognize this feeling of presence.

There is a world within you,

Breathing,

Waiting,

Being and guiding you back into the present moment to reconnect with your beautiful soul.

Breathe in peace and breathe out love.

Breathe in beauty and breathe out creation.

Breathe in light and breathe out your unique soul vibration.

Tune in to your unique soul vibration and feel the centering energy speaking to every cell in your body,

Reminding them of your true nature,

Your unique soul vibration.

Breathe in peace,

Breathe out love.

Breathe in beauty,

Breathe out creation.

Breathe in light,

Breathe out your unique soul vibration,

The essence of who you truly are.

And take a long inhale through the nose and exhale out your mouth,

Sitting deep in your hips and pelvis,

Connected to your unique soul vibration.
