Welcome to another beautiful,
Mindful moment.
Breathing deep as you settle into this experience,
Giving yourself a moment to sit up tall,
Get comfortable in your seat.
Imagining that there's a golden thread lifting your chest up high,
Feeling your spine aligned and erect,
Dropping the shoulders,
Tucking in the chin slightly,
Creating an open space in the back of the neck,
While resting your hands on your knees.
This is our opportunity to begin again.
So we'll begin this practice by taking three collective deep breaths,
Whereas we breathe in,
We expand the belly out,
Then noticing the rise in the chest as the oxygen reaches our head,
And as we exhale,
Nice and slow.
Go ahead and release all the air from your lungs,
And take a deep breath in,
And slowly release.
Deep breath in,
Slowly release.
One more together,
Deep breath in,
And slowly release.
I invite you to take three more on your own time,
And as you take in the sacredness of life,
Notice the body soften as you exhale.
Give yourself permission to surrender.
Keeping your attention on the breath.
Keeping your attention on the sensations of the body,
As we give in to the enfoldment of this moment.

Feel yourself becoming receptive to the love that this world has for you.
