Hi,
It's Brooks Palmer.
Here we are again.
You know,
There's something really incredible about you.
Something unbelievably wonderful.
And it's kind of a selfish thing for me to say that because when I think about you,
I feel like I'm recognizing myself in you.
Like there's an element of you that's similar to me.
There's a familiarity of being alive.
Familiarity of being a person.
And I think it's the best feeling there is.
I really do.
I think a lot of our time that we spend is trying to stand out above others.
Like look at me or look what I did or just to feel like I did something that maybe I'll be recognized for or get some positive things,
Feedback.
But I really think it's that recognition of yourself in another.
I mean my experience with that is it's tremendous.
I feel enough when I have that feeling.
And when I think of you,
I feel that sense of connection that we're not any different.
It's almost like the right hand recognizes the left hand.
It's like hi.
And the great thing about this is you don't have to do anything,
Any kind of meditations to bring it about or mantras or spiritual practices.
I really think it's that taking a look-ness,
Taking a look-at-ness.
As if you look out your window and you see a tree.
It's you look quietly at another person and there's this familiarity.
I know you.
I know you.
Because we're,
We are.
It's like two candles looking at each other.
They're not in competition because they're each a separate candle.
But they have that flame,
The sameness of the flame.
So each flame sees the other flame and they're like yeah,
You've got one too.
You've got life too.
So I love the life that's in you,
That is you.
Because it's the same as mine.
And we can notice each other this way and feel fulfilled.
And it ends up blessing other parts of our life as a result.
So thank you.
Thank you for being there.
