Welcome to this moment.
Let's begin by bringing a little bit of awareness to our breath.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in a slow,
Smooth,
Rhythmical fashion.
As we go on this journey together,
Our focus for the next few minutes is we are clearing unwanted energy.
We are creating space in our lives,
Releasing what no longer is serving us so that we can fill that space with the things that we desire more of.
And as we bring those thoughts to the forefront of our minds,
Let's begin.
I invite you to visualize any relationships in your life that don't make you feel good,
That don't boost you up,
That don't build you,
Empower you,
Catalyze you,
And stimulate you.
Maybe it's a relationship that brings you down,
Zaps your energy,
Makes you feel drained,
Lesser than.
As you visualize that,
Allow the feeling to be in your body.
It's a less preferred feeling,
But allow it to be there.
Recognize that feeling.
Recognize the person that's bringing it out of you or the people that are bringing it out of you or the situation that is bringing that out of you.
And now we're going to speak to that feeling,
That icky feeling,
That drained feeling,
That zapped feeling,
That low vibration feeling.
And in your mind,
Speaking to that feeling,
Say,
I see you.
I feel you.
I understand you.
But you are not welcome here.
You are no longer serving me.
Therefore,
I'm going to release you.
And as you speak to that feeling,
I invite you to breathe it in and release it out the bottoms of your feet.
We're going to breathe it in and release it out the bottom of our feet.
We're going to do that one more time.
Breathe that less preferred feeling in and then release it.
And as we release it,
As we speak to it,
We say,
Thank you and bye bye.
Thank you and bye bye.
And as we release that feeling,
As we release that sensation,
As we release that thing that is not a part of us,
We say thank you and bye bye.
Now we step into this opportunity.
Now we step into this possibility.
You've just created space.
Inside of yourself.
And now you have an opportunity to fill it with something you love,
To fill it with something you care about.
And I invite you to say to yourself,
Speaking to yourself,
I am filling what was once a void with compassion,
Kindness,
Love for myself and for others.
I am filling what was once a void with compassion,
Kindness,
And love for myself and others.
I am surrounding myself with things that give me power.
I am surrounding myself with feelings of being in alignment.
In fact,
In this moment,
I am in alignment.
I am strong.
I am courageous.
I am confident.
I am connected with my internal power.
I am strong.

I'm connected with my internal power.
And now as you breathe into that feeling,
As you breathe into this loving feeling,
Fill your body,
Fill your body with energy,
With optimism.
I love myself.
I am strong.
I am confident.
And now I invite you to say to yourself,
My daily actions are leading me in a healthy direction.
My daily actions are leading me in a healthy direction,
A healthy direction of purpose and passion.
And as you put those two words on the forefront of your mind,
Purpose and passion,
Notice where your mind goes.
Notice where your mind goes when you put the words purpose and passion on the forefront of your mind.
What possibilities and opportunities start to conjure up in your thoughts.
And now we're going to multiply that,
Really lean into purpose and passion.
My daily actions are leading me in a healthy direction of purpose and passion.
And I know that as I put purpose and passion on the forefront of my mind,
This allows me to show up for others in a greater way.
This allows me to broadcast love,
Kindness,
Strength,
And confidence,
Not only for myself,
But for the people that I care about.
For family,
For friends,
For peers,
For colleagues,
For the world.
I am choosing to focus my daily thoughts and actions on creating positive domino effects,
Ripple effects,
And echo effects on the people that I connect with.

I am choosing to shift my energy to a state of confidence,
Compassion,
And love every single day.
And as I hold on the forefront of my mind,
Purpose and passion,

Therefore,
I am being that in the world.
And as my internal thinking feeling comes to that place,
I speak that truth into the world.
I speak that feeling into the world.
And the song that I broadcast from within myself has the omnipresent undercurrent of love,
Compassion,
Kindness.
I am spreading that good stuff.
I am spreading that good stuff in the world to make somebody else's day amazing.
And now as we feel this energy filling us up,
Flowing down into our fingers,
Flowing down into our toes,
Flowing into our mind,
This feeling of confidence,
Of love,
Of self-love.
As we begin with the self,
We retune our internal instrument.
As we fill ourselves up,
Then we can share,
Then we can spread that good stuff into the world.
Feel that feeling flowing down your arms,
Down your legs,
Down your spine.
That feeling of love,
Confidence,
Strength,
Courage,
Kindness.
And then I invite you to say,

I believe in you.
You got this.
You are a powerhouse.
You are living on purpose with passion.
Now feel a smile coming on your face.
Feel that energy flowing through your veins,
Through your body.

Breathing into that feeling.
