Those deep colors that arrive at the end of the sunset.
The deep blues,
Purples,
Reds,
Soothing,
Relaxing,
Calming colors.
Now as you visualize those colors,
Put your focus,
Your intention down to your feet.
Now as you focus on your feet,
I want you to feel those colors of deep relaxation consuming your feet.
As you experience those colors filling your feet,
You're releasing tension,
Releasing stress.
Feeling a sense of weightlessness in your feet.
Now visualize those deep relaxing colors working up into your ankles.
Into your shins,
Your calves,
Your knees.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in a slow,
Smooth,
Rhythmical fashion.
As those colors and sensations continue up your body,
Into your quadriceps,
Your hamstrings,
Your reproductive organs,
Your glutes,
Digestive system.
Relaxing,
Relaxing.
As they fill you up into your spine,
Working up your mid and upper back.
Up through your chest,
Into your shoulders.
Relaxing,
Weightlessness,
Calm.
As you feel that sensation working down your arms,
Biceps,
Triceps,
Forearms and fingers.
