As we come fully present to this moment,
We're going to focus on clearing unwanted energy,

This less preferred energy,
This energy that's pulling at you,
That's zapping you,
That's draining you.
And we're going to focus on that for a moment.
Focus on it,
Allow it in for a second.
Just see it,
Acknowledge it.
Take out a little flashlight and shine it on it.
Shine your flashlight on that negative energy,
On that situation,
That person,
That thing,
Whatever it is,
Shine your flashlight on it.
Look at it.
Embrace it for a moment.
Truly,
Truly observe this thing.
See what it is.
What's it about?
And then listen to it.
Listen to it.
Is it trying to tell you?
Is it trying to tell you something?
Is there a lesson in this moment being delivered by this thing?
Is there a lesson for you?
Is there a message for you?
And what might that message be?
As we observe that less preferred energy,
We listen to that less preferred energy,
We hear it.
As we observe,
We listen,
Then we hear.
We take what we need from this.
Maybe we need to pivot.
Maybe we need to learn something new.
Maybe we need to redirect.
Whatever that might be,
We take that lesson,
We extract that lesson,
And then we thank that less preferred energy.
Say thank you.
And now let's release that less preferred energy.
We're going to release it.
I want you to visualize whatever that thing is,
A person,
Place,
A thing,
Whatever it is,
That less preferred energy that's been tugging at you,
Visualize that energy leaving your mind,
Leaving your body,
Leaving your spirit,
Leaving your soul,

And push it down into the earth.

Visualize that less preferred energy leaving your body,
Leaving your mind,
Leaving your essence.

And as you push it down into the earth,
