All right,

As we come fully present to this moment,

We're going to focus on clearing unwanted energy,

Clearing unwanted energy.

So just breathe,

Feel your current state of where you are right now.

Notice your thoughts,

Notice your energy,

Notice your body,

Notice your connection to the earth,

Whether you're sitting down,

Standing up,

Lying down,

And feel that the earth is there for you.

The earth has your back.

And now we're going to notice whatever energy is less preferred that's around you right now.

If there's something that's nagging at you,

That's tugging at your essence,

That's running around in your mind on a loop,

Maybe it's a less preferred experience that you've recently had or a feeling or a person,

Whatever that is,

This less preferred energy,

This energy that's pulling at you,

That's zapping you,

That's draining you.

And we're going to focus on that for a moment.

Focus on it,

Allow it in for a second.

Just see it,

Acknowledge it.

Take out a little flashlight and shine it on it.

Shine your flashlight on that negative energy,

On that situation,

That person,

That thing,

Whatever it is,

Shine your flashlight on it.

Look at it.

Embrace it for a moment.

Truly,

Truly observe this thing.

See what it is.

What's it about?

And then listen to it.

Listen to it.

Is it trying to tell you?

Is it trying to tell you something?

Is there a lesson in this moment being delivered by this thing?

Is there a lesson for you?

Is there a message for you?

And what might that message be?

As we observe that less preferred energy,

We listen to that less preferred energy,

We hear it.

As we observe,

We listen,

Then we hear.

We take what we need from this.

Maybe we need to pivot.

Maybe we need to learn something new.

Maybe we need to redirect.

Whatever that might be,

We take that lesson,

We extract that lesson,

And then we thank that less preferred energy.

Say thank you.

And now let's release that less preferred energy.

We're going to release it.

I want you to visualize whatever that thing is,

A person,

Place,

A thing,

Whatever it is,

That less preferred energy that's been tugging at you,

Visualize that energy leaving your mind,

Leaving your body,

Leaving your spirit,

Leaving your soul,

Leaving you,

And push it down into the earth.

Push it down into the earth.

Visualize that less preferred energy leaving your body,

Leaving your mind,

Leaving your essence.

Push it down into the earth.

And as you push it down into the earth,

You're releasing it and you're saying thank you and bye bye.

Thank you and bye bye.

Appreciate the lesson.

Appreciate the learning.

Thank you and bye bye.

And push it down.

And if it keeps coming back,

Push it down again.

Keep pushing it down.

Repetition,

Repetition,

Repetition,

Rhythm,

Rhythm,

Rhythm,

Pattern,

Pattern,

Pattern.

Push it down.

Physically push it down with your hands.

Physically push it down with your feet.

Breathe.

Exhale.

As you push it down.

Breathe.

Exhale.

As you push it down.

And as you exhale,

Say thank you and bye bye.

Just sing at it.

Sing it away.

And as you sing it away,

As you breathe it away,

As you shake it away,

Start to bounce a little bit.

Feel a little bit lighter in your body because that is no longer tugging at your energetic bandwidth.

It is no longer hijacking your show.

That energy is not yours.

Thank you and bye bye.

And then bounce it out.

Bounce it out.

Shake it out.

Shake it out.

Breathe it out.

Breathe it out.

And then feel your energy.

Notice your energy.

You are clean and clear because you know that as you release that energy,

The earth knows what to do with it.

It will go somewhere else.

It is not yours and you are not attached to where it goes because it's not yours.

As it continues to drift away,

Feel your body being lighter.

Feel your body being pure,

Cleaner,

Fresher,

More energized.

You are free from that.

And know that this moment here,
