This is Brittany Lee,
Your favorite intuitive healer and transformational coach.
I am here today to take you on a beautiful journey of meditation,
To go inwards,
To embrace the powerful energy of the oneness of the universe.
So if this is something you are listening to in the morning,
I want to encourage you to use this beautiful energy,
Tapping into Source,
To guide you throughout the rest of your day.
If this is something you are listening to at the end of your day,
To really wind down before sleep,
I encourage you to just get cozy and allow yourself to fall into a deep sleep even if the meditation is not finished.
It will be happening in your mind as you sleep,
Taking you into an even deeper sleep.
As always with any guided meditation that I do,
I always ask you to make sure you are in a safe space and to not operate any vehicle as you may get sleepy.
This will hopefully encourage you to close your eyes and really center yourself.
So just really start setting the tone by sitting up straight with your spine straight,
Allowing the crown of your head to reach upward towards the ceiling,
Or if it feels better to lay down,
Just let all of your limbs relax.
Let your body weigh heavy on the surface that you are on.
Start paying attention to the temperature of the room.
Any sounds you hear,
Just start to become one with those sounds.
Any thoughts come into your mind,
Just let them pass by like traffic on a freeway.
Just really surrendering here,
Letting go of control,
Letting go of expectations.
Just noticing your natural breathing patterns,
Maybe even noticing your heartbeat.
Setting an intention for this meditation and letting that intention run through your body.
Start taking some deeper breaths,
Feeling your belly and then your chest.
Holding the air at the top of your head for a count of four,
And then just let it wash down your body like a wave for a count of six.
Just repeating that a few more times on your own.
Picturing a wave as it crashes against the ocean,
That ebb and flow,
That cleansing,
That tug and pull.
Allowing that breath or that water to move the energy through your body,
Removing any stagnant,
Any toxicity,
Any negativity,
Any heaviness.
If there's anything left over that feels heavy in your body,
In your mind,
In your energy,
I want you to picture it to start encapsulating you.
Picture it wrapping around you and noticing how that feels,
That constriction.
I want you to picture cracking it like glass just falling to the ground around you.
Just letting it go.
Letting it flow.
Letting go of what no longer serves you.
Now I want you to picture yourself in the center of a beautiful space in nature.
Noticing that your feet are bare.
Paying attention to what the surface feels like below your feet.
Is it warm?
Is it cool?
Maybe you even feel the blades of grass in between your toes.
And on your next breath I want you to picture sending energy from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.
Giving that energy back to the earth.
Really grounding with the earth.
Noticing how good it feels to just let go and surrender.
Now I want you to explore this beautiful place in nature that you're in.
Just start looking around.
What do you see and what do you hear?
Maybe there's stars in the sky.
Maybe you can hear animals in the distance.
Maybe it's just completely silent.
I want you to notice the temperature.
Is it humid?
Maybe there's a cool breeze.
Just get creative with this space.
Now look down at your feet as you take a step.
Then another step.
And another step.
For every step you take I want you to think of something you're grateful for in your life.
It could be as simple as just being able to breathe.
Maybe it's the people in your life,
The opportunities that are flowing to you.
Just really let that gratitude sink into your entire body.
Feeling your heart center with beautiful pink swirling light.
I want you to get closer to this beautiful waterfall and river that you're approaching.
Noticing how every step you take it gets a little bit more cool.
You can start to really hear the waterfall in the distance.
Hearing the bubbling of the stream against the rocks.
I want you to take one step and then another into the water.
Noticing how cleansing and clearing it feels.
Maybe reach down and touch the water with your fingers,
Splashing the water on your face.
Really connecting with the energy of water.
That free flowing,
Non-attachment,
Abundant energy.
The more we learn to be like water and to embrace the flow in life,
The more abundance can flow through and to us.
The more we start to see abundance in everything that we encounter.
Just continue to walk deeper into the water trusting that you will be safe,
That you are protected.
Just when it gets a little too cold,
Just let yourself fall backwards into the water.
Maybe even go under the water.
Now that you are fully submerged,
I want you to start swimming or floating towards this waterfall.
Notice how it gets so loud but it is somehow still so peaceful.
That wild energy of nature and free falling water and the strength that is behind that.
I want you to get up to this waterfall and I want you to let it crash down on you,
Washing down your entire body.
Taking with it anything that no longer serves you and letting it be transmuted into something beautiful.
Now I want you to picture yourself just floating down this river,
Trusting that where you are going is exactly where you need to go.
If you have the urge to want to latch on to the side out of fear,
Just push through that urge.
Taking some deep breaths,
Just looking up at the sky above you,
At all the stars,
The beauty of the unknown,
Of the universe.
I want you to set some goals here for yourself.
What is it that you really are calling in right now?
What do you desire?
And as you think about them,
Picture beautiful shooting stars soaring in the dark night sky.
Now I want you to start embodying and envisioning how you will celebrate reaching these goals.
What will you do for yourself?
So important to celebrate our small wins as well as our big wins because they're all the same.
Start feeling that gratitude,
That excitement,
That beauty,
Feeling your entire body.
Now I want you to stand up and start walking back to the riverbank,
Back to this beautiful space in nature that you found yourself in.
Just sit down in this space and just surrender yet again.
Consider placing your hands on your chest or even place your hands on your heart center.
Put a smile on your face,
Just really connecting with this space,
Sending gratitude to yourself for showing up for this beautiful practice of meditation,
Of healing,
Of surrender,
Of manifestation and abundance.
Just let that unconditional love flow through your body.
Now I want you to think of someone who may need a little bit of this love right now and picture that energy shooting out of your chest right into the center of their chest.
Sending them a little message of love,
Whatever they may need right now.
And watch as that same beam of pink light just shoots right back into your heart making a figurate of energy,
Unconditional love.
Now I want you to start coming back to your body,
Keeping your eyes closed,
Just starting to wiggle your toes,
Wiggling your fingers,
Maybe moving your neck from side to side,
Just really stretching parts that may need it,
Noticing if there's a shift in your energy or in your actual physical body.
Maybe you feel lighter,
Maybe you feel more relaxed,
Maybe you're asleep by now.
Wherever you are is exactly where you need to be.
Now we're going to take a deep breath and if possible lifting our hands up over our head,
Really stretching our back,
Moving our shoulders away from our ears,
Just reaching and letting your hands go back down.
Doing that one more time and then back down.
Just scanning your body,
Seeing if there's any areas that might still feel heavy or blocked and just sending your breath to those areas.
If you feel complete,
You are more than welcome to open your eyes and carry on with your day or ideally fall into a beautiful deep,
Deep sleep.
