It has been such a wild time lately,

A lot of transformation,

Healing,

Growth,

Especially within myself.

I felt really called to create a meditation that came to me last night when I was just laying in the bath thinking about the bigger picture of everything,

The breadcrumbs and how in hindsight everything is connected.

And when we're healing something within our body,

Usually if you look at it in a different lens,

You're seeing that that's actually a really deep wound.

If it surfaced on the outside,

There's a great chance that there's something energetic or emotional or some form of deep inner trauma that could be and most likely is related to that exact area.

So for instance,

I had a surgery around my root chakra.

And it's been something that I've,

You know,

I don't want to say battle,

But it's something that I've struggled with for so long,

Just digestive issues,

Which is your solar plexus,

Your sacral since childhood.

And our root chakra is all about that material,

The grounding,

Your foundation,

Your root system,

Your support,

All the earthly possessions.

And then if you pair that with your sacral and your solar that's going with the flow,

Receiving your inner will,

Willpower,

Your energy,

Taking in more than you can assimilate.

All of those things are things that I've found myself battling.

I'm going to use battling.

And I've really done a lot of work understanding the body,

Understanding my body,

While also becoming very transparent and vulnerable on my platforms.

And this has been so beautiful to talk about the fact that I'm even talking about this on here is just showing me growth.

During this last week and a half of just healing,

Literally healing and tending to my body tending to wound,

Having to cancel all of my plans.

And instead of doing,

Really just being with myself,

It's allowed me space from what I usually do,

My usual routine to really pick apart what is it that my foundations represent to me?

Are these foundations working?

Are there any adjustments that I can make to these foundations now to better my future,

To create a more sustainable future?

I just wanted to share this because if you're going through something physical,

If you have any ailments,

Illness,

Pain,

Anything that you have shame around or you're scared to speak up or face or fear,

Just trust that the more you dig in and you ask your body,

What are you trying to show me?

What's beneath this?

What is it that I really need to heal so that my body can heal?

What can I do for my body right now that can really help heal every layer of my being?

If that resonates,

Just really sit with that message.

Let's all just take a nice deep breath in through our nose.

Nice exhale out through the mouth.

Really grounding your body,

Becoming present with your body.

Taking some really big deep breaths here,

Feeling your belly and then your chest,

Sending that air right up to the top of your head.

And even holding for a brief moment,

Feeling that stillness in your body,

Your heartbeat.

Then like a wave,

Just sending that breath all the way down to your toes,

Cleansing out anything that doesn't serve you.

Doing a few more breaths like that on your own.

And closing down your eyes if you haven't already.

Just really grounding your body into the surface that it's touching.

Noticing and witnessing the parts of your body that are really touching.

Noticing and witnessing the parts of your body that are touching the surface and how that feels.

In comparison to the parts of your body that are just surrounded by air.

In comparison to the parts of your body that are just surrounded by air.

This is where we can see beyond duality,

A beautiful space to manifest from,

To meditate within,

Really see with our eyes closed.

Nature is such a beautiful example of healing,

Of growth,

Of transformation.

Nature is so powerful and natural.

It truly represents abundance and flow,

Non-attachment,

Diversity,

Expansion,

Shedding and releasing.

We can learn so much from just observing Mother Nature,

The flow and the changes of the seasons.

So with this meditation,

I really want you to encourage connecting and grounding with this earth energy.

The energy of Mother Nature and the seasons that surround you.

The connectedness to the one.

Just surrendering your body,

Really going within here.

Becoming observant of your breath and the rise and fall of your chest and your belly.

Letting any thoughts just flow by like clouds in the sky,

No judgment.

The more you surrender your body,

The more you can expand into this visualization through your third eye center.

I invite you to picture yourself standing in a beautiful green field,

The grass so rich and lush,

So healthy.

You can feel the blades of grass beneath your toes,

Between your toes.

The warmth of the soil from the sun.

A little bit of dew on the grass from the morning.

And just taking steps gently as you look around.

And you witness the trees and their strength,

Their growth.

And how from just a tiny seed underneath your feet.

So much can blossom and grow.

There's so much going on below the surface.

Allowing us to trust that there's always more.

And through the surrender,

We can witness growth.

The tree trunks representing that stability,

That strength manifested from that seed.

All that it had to conquer to get to the trunk of the tree,

Or the stem of the flower.

It's almost like our spine,

Allowing us to stand upright,

Keeping us together.

And then how the blossom of the flower,

Or all the leaves and branches of the tree providing resources to the animal kingdom.

Through nectar and sweetness for the bees,

The butterflies,

The hummingbirds.

Or shelter for animals,

Shade.

Everything is so connected and communicates so effortlessly.

Nature does not question abundance or flow.

Everything serves a purpose.

Looking up at the beautiful blue sky above you.

Noticing the clouds.

And how they move and dance with the wind.

Feeling the sun just beaming down on your body,

Warming you up,

Lighting you up,

Providing you with energy.

Just playing with this environment,

This grass,

The flowers,

The butterflies,

The energy of the meadow and the forest.

Are there any parts of you that can learn from this environment?

Asking yourself any questions that may need to be asked.

Or just allowing any messages or guidance to come through.

Noticing that off in the distance,

You can hear water flowing.

So you start to walk towards this water with every step you take.

It's like the ground gets more rich,

The soil more moist.

The temperature is slightly cooler under the trees.

And as you get closer to what appears to be a waterfall,

The noise just gets louder and louder.

The water flows around and over the rocks and the riverbank.

Noticing how different plants are now growing closer to the water.

Maybe you can notice snails or slugs or new creatures that dwell in this habitat,

In this environment.

Observing how the river does not judge the rock,

Does not fear the rock.

And the rock does not fear the river.

They coexist.

The river softens the rock over time gently and the rock provides moss to grow,

A way for people and animals to cross the river with ease.

Noticing that the water's speed and flow gets faster and faster,

The closer you get to the source of the waterfall.

Just noticing how that almost makes you feel more energized,

More thrilled,

Noticing that power increasing,

Understanding that balance.

There's a reason that the source and the head of the waterfall is more powerful,

But yet decreases in speed along the riverbank,

Eventually leading to a lake or pond.

Where other animals can grow in more slow paced water,

Plants can thrive,

Yet there's no part that is separate.

That water all came from the same place.

That water all came from the same source.

The waterfall isn't meant to be scary or feared,

Just as the lazy river isn't meant to be any lesser.

They both serve the greatest purpose of all.

True abundance,

True flow.

Are there any parts of you that have been resistant to change?

Have you been trying to control too much,

Unable to surrender to the flow?

Have you been in scarcity mindset versus abundance mindset?

Have you seen the rocks on your path as roadblocks or a way to dance and play with something new in your path?

A chance for you to coexist,

Shift gears,

Rearrange.

What can you learn from your internal river,

From your fall?

Really getting honest with yourself.

When you're ready,

I invite you to walk towards this waterfall.

Feeling the cool water beneath your toes,

The rocks under your feet,

The sand,

The beautiful clear water just streaming around you.

Every step you take,

Feeling the water go higher and higher on your body.

The waterfall getting louder and louder,

Blocking out any sounds of birds chirping,

Totally engulfing your energy,

Your attention.

And just as you can no longer touch the bottom,

Just surrendering,

Letting yourself become one with the water,

Swimming,

Floating.

Even if it scares you,

Just trust that you are safe.

That this water is cleansing your body,

Your mind,

Your soul.

Swimming closer and closer to this fall,

Feeling the mist splash against your face,

Seeing that beautiful rainbow of light in that mist,

Realizing that the closer you get to this fall,

The more it starts to play with you,

The more fun it becomes.

It's not so scary after all.

Starting to swim behind the fall,

Seeing the distortion of the trees and the grass through the fall water,

Splashing the water on your face,

Looking up,

Watching the drips fall down from each rock,

Seeing that moss,

That green rich moss just growing,

All the roots of the trees coming all the way down,

Even if they're so far away,

Because they're so wise that they knew that this would be a beautiful water supply.

And as you float,

Just look up at that same beautiful sky,

Noticing that it's now sunset,

And that sky is that golden hour,

That perfect colorful sky that you love so much is starting to come to life as you just float in this warm cleansing water.

Just noticing your heartbeat as your body becomes still just floating on the surface,

Sending gratitude to your heart and to yourself,

Sending gratitude to nature for all of its blessings and lessons that you've acquired,

Just really taking all of this in.

Feel free to set an intention for the rest of this day,

Or if you plan to drift off to sleep,

Ask your dreams to show you more,

To continue on this journey of witnessing,

Starting to come back to your breath now,

And back to your body,

Maybe wiggling your fingers and toes,

Stretching your neck from side to side,

If that feels good,

Maybe reaching your arms up over your head,

Just scanning your body now,

Noticing if you feel different from when you began this journey,

Maybe your muscles are more relaxed,

Your breath is deeper,

Your mind is more clear,

Just taking a nice deep breath in now,

An audible exhale to let it go.

Thank you so much for being a part of this beautiful journey,

For appreciating your body and your mind,

Appreciating nature,

Remembering that you can always come back to this meditation if you're feeling stressed or worried,

Or if you just want to relax.

I hope that you have the most beautiful day,

And if you're drifting off to sleep,

I hope your dreams take you somewhere beautiful.

Thank you so much for supporting this podcast and my vision for being a part of the outsiders.

If it wasn't for you guys,

This podcast would not be where it is today.

So wherever you're going and continuing on with the rest of your journey,

May it be beautiful,

Colourful,

Peaceful and filled with nothing but abundance and love.

Thank you.

Hi Brittany Wow definately in my top 10 meditations dear , this meditation was delivered in an honest , gentle , believable way that set the tone for a beautiful piece. Your voice is so natural , soft and as said before gentle . I was taken in the beginning by your honesty relating to your own physical issues and it’s quite clear that this has been bothering you immensely. Well done for opening up on that and by the example set to all of us that harboring such difficulties only makes oneself feel bad Thanks again Brittany Namaste 🙏🏻
