This meditation will help you with self-healing.
Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position.
You may sit down in a chair,
Or lie down on a bed,
Or on the floor,
Whichever you prefer.
Take in a deep breath,
And on your exhale,
Feel how heavy your eyes are,
And just allow them to close lightly.
Good.
Let's take in another deep,
Deep breath.
Feel your stomach expand,
Taking in fresh oxygen.
Hold for a count of four,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And exhale slowly.
Feel the wave of relaxation sweep over you.
Now bring your awareness to your third eye.
In your mind's eye,
With your eyes closed,
Look up,
Up,
Up towards your third eye,
And notice the bright light connecting you to the warm,
Healing sun.
Take in this energetic light.
Now bring your eyes back to a comfortable position.
This light,
This bright light,
Is filling your head as you relax even deeper.
Your head is filled with healing light,
Removing all stress and density.
The bright light moves down your face,
Relaxing your forehead,
Your eyes.
This bright light comes from your divine source,
And this light is pure,
Unconditional love.
Feel your lips relax and part,
Relaxing your face as the light moves down your neck,
Falling over your shoulders,
Loosening them,
Lighting up your elbows and your wrists.
Maybe you may have density in your shoulders,
Dense energy.
Feel the light healing those parts of your body.
Love is healing and melting all the density away.
Feel the warm light on your fingertips.
Don't be alarmed by the tingling feeling in your fingers.
Your divine light is finding its way and healing.
This light of unconditional love warms your chest,
Fills your stomach,
Traveling down past your waist and hips,
Down your thighs,
Feeling like a warm massage.
See the light wash over your knees,
Healing any pain or discomfort.
The heat of the light is pulsing,
Clearing the density in your joints.
The healing light travels to the muscles in your calves.
Let the light radiate there.
Feel the energy heal your legs,
Down to your ankles,
To the very tips of your toes.
Now notice this light traveling from your feet into the ground,
Deep below the Earth's surface,
All the way down to the Earth's core,
Where joy and peace live.
This is to show you that every step you take is planted in love,
In peace.
Take a deep breath now.
Your breath activates the light and the energy flows quickly up and up and up through your body,
Taking all the density,
All the stress,
All tense energy up and away into the sky,
Giving you healed,
Calm,
And relaxed.
Notice now how spacious and open your body feels.
Rest here.
Take in that feeling of openness.
Allow the mind to rest here.
Take in a deep breath.
Hold for four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale slowly.
Now,
Just bring the attention back into your physical body again.
Start to feel the weight of your body again,
The physical points of contact as you start to notice the sounds,
The smells,
And just bringing yourself back to the space around you.
Stretch your limbs.
Move your shoulders back and forth.
Tilt your head sideways,
Opening your eyes when you're ready.
Take this feeling of healing,
Joy,
And peace with you throughout your day.
