Hello my friends.
This is Bridge with Bridge to the Universe and welcome to this meditation.
Let's begin by settling in,
Taking a nice deep breath in through the nose and gently letting it go.
And let's do that again.
Take a nice deep breath in as you look around at your surroundings.
As you exhale,
I invite you to gently let your eyes fold closed.
And with your eyes closed,
Let's take another deep breath in.
And gently release.
Sling into our bodies and gently surrendering to this moment wherever you are.
Knowing that where you are right now is exactly where you're supposed to be.
Staying naturally and normally now as you gently open your heart.
Connecting with your breath and gently slowing down.
I wrote this poem slash meditation while relaxing in a beautiful forest.
And I wanted to share some of that peace and surrender with you.
So sitting quietly now,
I invite you to maybe visualize a forest.
A place of peace and ease.
And a place for your mind and your heart to just gently rest just for right now.
As you listen to these words.
I breathe in love.
And I exhale.
Coming back to the present moment.
Squares of sunlight frame the branches of old oak trees.
Squares of old lay atop of the earth like nature's nurturing blanket.
These perfect precious moments reminding me of my pure divine essence.
The wind bellows with encouragement cheering me on from the heavens.
As I ask my heart these questions.
Do I accept that I can't go into the past to change it?
Do I accept that I can't go into the future and force it?
And do I give myself permission right now to gently surrender to exactly where I am with ease,
Grace and enjoyment?
