Hello my friends,
This is Bridge with Bridge to the Universe and welcome to this morning's meditation.
Let's begin by gently settling in.
Let's take a nice easy breath in through the nose.
And gently let that go.
If you haven't done so already,
I invite you to just gently let your eyes fold closed as you take another easy breath in through the nose.
And gently let that go.
And just for right now,
There is nowhere else to be.
There is nothing else to do just for right now.
In these next few moments,
We will take the time to honor ourselves,
To connect with the wholeness,
Purest,
Lightest part of ourselves and we will do this first by gently releasing any tension or constriction that you might be holding onto.
As you gently release your knees and your hips,
As you allow your belly to soften,
Your heart to open,
Your shoulders to relax and the muscles of the face to just hang loose as you take another gentle breath in.
And slowly let that go.
With an open,
Beautiful heart,
Let's take a moment to awaken and connect.
I invite you to place one hand over your heart,
One over your belly as you gently breathe in these words.
Just for today,
I will become the next best version of myself.
Today I will flow compassionate love to everyone I meet.
Today I will walk through the world with light and love in my heart.
Today I give myself permission to let go.
Today I give myself permission to put down the weight that I have been carrying.
Today I give myself permission to carry trust and love and peace.
Today I will allow my heart to shine.
Today I will let my authentic self come to the surface and share myself with the world.
Today I will show up.
Today I will show up for myself by taking positive,
Right action.
And I know that when I show up for myself,
I can show up for others.
Today I give myself permission to enjoy.
Today I give myself permission to see all the beauty that this world beholds.
Today I give myself permission to honor and love all of the beauty within me.
Today I give myself permission to let go and be at peace.
Let's take another nice breath in.
Gently exhale.
As you connect to your heart and in this space,
I invite you to thank yourself.
Thank yourself for showing up to this moment.
Thank yourself for honoring your heart and this part of you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And before we begin the doings of our days,
Let's spend just a moment connecting to stillness and silence.
And as you gently breathe,
I invite you to follow that mantra,
Thank you.
Silently repeating thank you over and over.
And when you notice that you've drifted from thank you,
That's okay.
There's no need to judge.
Just gently drift back to thank you.
And so we begin.
Thank you.
Sit gently with your eyes closed,
Allowing this stillness and this peace to settle in.
And let's go ahead and take a nice easy breath in.
And gently let it go.
As you begin to wiggle your fingers,
I invite you to embrace yourself,
Gently squeezing your shoulders,
Giving yourself a hug,
Showing yourself the unconditional love you so deserve.
I wish you peace.
I send you loving energy as you make your way through this day.
And any time you need to connect,
Your heart is always here.
This space,
This peace,
This love,
It is always available to you.
All we have to do is breathe and connect.
Another nice deep breath in.
