A beautiful, relaxing meditation on the sacred practice of unattachment. When we find ourselves attached to feelings, thoughts, or moments it creates constriction within our mind and body. In this meditation we will identify where we can release attachment, creating room for more love, peace and trust to blossom within us.

Hello my friend,

This is Bridge with Bridge to the Universe Welcome to today's meditation Let's begin by gently settling in Taking a nice easy breath in through the nose And gently exhaling Let's do that one more time,

A nice easy breath in through the nose And on the exhale,

Sigh it out If you haven't done so already,

I invite you to gently let your eyes fold closed Just for right now,

There is nowhere else to be And there's nothing else to do,

Just for right now We can begin to gently surrender to this moment Sailing deeper and deeper into relaxation with each breath you take Another gentle breath in An easy exhale When we find ourselves attached,

Attached to thoughts,

Attached to feelings or moments,

Moments that have already happened or have yet to crystallize When we find ourselves in this place of attachment,

We find ourselves in a place of constriction And when we are unattached,

We can simply flow with trust and with love So today we're going to create some space Gently releasing some of those attachments And making room for more love,

More peace,

And more trust Let's take another gentle breath in And sigh it out Right now I invite you to get clear on maybe one attachment that you might be holding onto What is a feeling,

A thought,

Or a moment that you can let go right now Because it is not serving you to hold so tightly to it What is that attachment that you can let go of today?

Maybe ask your heart the question,

Where am I holding?

Where am I holding?

If answers come up wonderful,

If they don't,

That's okay Once you've gotten clear on the attachment that you would like to release,

I invite you to breathe it into your heart Gently exhale And notice what does it feel like to hold this attachment?

Why are we holding on when our heart is begging us to let go?

As you look at that attachment,

Your heart tells you it's okay It's okay to let go of the worry,

Of the embarrassment,

Of the anger,

Of the hurt Please release even just a little bit so we can make room I invite you now to take a breath in and like a leaf that falls from a tree,

You can just let go Release the ropes that you are holding onto so tightly Unclench your fists and gently surrender Allowing the weight and the worry to gently and easily disappear And now let's breathe in some love Breathe in a nice easy breath of healing love And exhale that feeling of attachment With each exhale you take,

More and more of that worry and attachment falls away,

Taking a breath in of trust And gently letting go And lastly let's breathe in some peace We all deserve to experience peace,

Peace of mind,

Peace in your heart and peace in your body and world A nice easy breath in and releasing any leftover feelings of doubt or holding Take a moment with your heart right now and notice how you feel,

Are you even just a little bit lighter?

Are you smiling?

Right now take a moment and listen to your heart as it thanks you It thanks you so dearly for showing up today,

For honoring your highest version,

For letting go,

For releasing your attachments So your heart that is whole and loved and loved in peace can truly shine in feelings of trust and its infinite self Let's take another deep breath in to your heart thanking it as it thanks you Gently releasing Maybe smiling gently,

Placing a hand on your heart Taking just a few more breaths As you begin to open your eyes and maybe look at the world around you with a fresh perspective unattached Thank you for joining me today Namaste

Exactly what I needed. I cried and released a lot of tension I was carrying from worrying what others think of me and trying to be β€œperfect” for everyone. I felt much lighter and calm after this meditation. Thank you.

Thank you for assisting me in releasing a compulsive need and helping me understand I can still do the action without the need that is no longer serving me. πŸ’›πŸ™πŸ’›πŸ™πŸ’›πŸ™πŸ’›
