
7 Chakras Visualization to Balance, Heal and Align

This is a guided meditation for the seven chakras alignment, balancing and healing. We'll use visualization, breathwork, and mantra to harmonize these energy points. You can do it sitting up or lying down.
Transcript
The chakras are seven energy centers that live along your spine.
They run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.
When your chakras come into balance,
The quality of your energy improves.
In this meditation,
We'll use visualization,
Breath work,
And mantra.
It's all about harmonizing these energy points.
You can do it sitting up or lying down.
If you're lying down,
Make yourself as comfortable as possible.
And if you're sitting,
Make sure your hips are higher than your knees.
And you can take your hands just palms face down on the thighs or palms face up in your lap.
Wherever you are,
Begin to deepen your breath.
Free any physical tension in the body.
Release any emotional or physical stress you carry with you.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any anger,
Fear,
Blame,
Or resentment you feel within you.
Repeat this process,
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhaling any guilt,
Anger,
Fear,
Or resentment you feel within.
Allowing yourself to drift deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
Let your consciousness shift from the linear thinking mind.
To the healing,
Intuitive part of your body.
Knowing you have the power to heal yourself.
It's just visualization,
Imagery,
And a sense of calm.
Relax a little deeper now.
In your whole body,
Your scalp,
Down to your toes,
The soles of the feet,
Up to the crown of the head.
And just feel your breathing and relax.
As you grow more and more relaxed,
Drift your attention towards a red light at the base of your tailbone.
This chakra,
Muladhara,
Root chakra,
Is about our will to live,
Our right to be here now.
This chakra also allows you to connect with the stories of your ancestors.
Being secure in your place in the world.
On every inhale,
Visualize this ruby red light at the base of the tailbone growing stronger.
Feel your strength and rootedness.
Starting with every breath as your body sinks into a deeper and deeper state of calm.
Allow your breath and awareness to continue up your spine now to just above your pelvis.
Your sacral chakra represented by an orange light.
Take a moment here to sense the energy of this chakra.
Notice,
If it's shining bright or emitting a dull glow.
Whatever you sense,
Without judgment,
Just allow your breath to flow freely through this area,
Through your low back and pelvis.
As you listen to the wisdom of this chakra,
The second chakra,
Svadhisthana,
Is the center for our emotions.
It's our pleasure center.
Our desire for warmth and nourishment resides here.
As does our creative capacity.
Just feel your breath stoking the orange glow of your second chakra.
Restoring your energy and vitality.
Breathing in and out.
As you grow more and more relaxed.
Shift your mind to your third chakra now.
Visualizing a large yellow diamond-like crystal pulsing with yellow light.
Your willpower,
Self-esteem and sense of belonging lives here.
Notice the way your solar plexus,
Your gut,
Looks and feels.
Have you felt discomfort in this area?
Do you have habits or routines?
Do you wish you could put an end to or perhaps develop further?
Every breath you take,
Allow this golden yellow light to shine brighter and brighter.
And as the light brightens,
You feel your sense of self and your personal willpower and drive coming into balance.
Either increasing in strength or mellowing in intensity as you grow even more and more tranquil.
Invite the body to become more heavy as you feel these lower three chakras align and balance.
Your body engulfed in a sea of relaxation.
Your consciousness now feeling grounded,
Calm and at ease.
Floats your attention up to the fourth chakra.
Lit by an emerald gem at the center of the heart.
This is where love and compassion for both yourself and others resides.
In its purest state,
This love is unconditional and filled with joy.
Your love is a part of everything you touch.
From the way you order a meal at a restaurant to the way you talk to your friends and talk to your own body.
Yet for many of us,
This energy center,
Our sense of love is tainted with anger,
Pain or distrust.
As you breathe,
Allow your mind to disconnect from any past relationships,
Experiences or beliefs that may limit your ability to love others without reason or expectation.
And as you do so,
Feel this green glow at your heart grow warmer.
Feel this emerald light crystallize.
Getting brighter and clearer.
Allow the breath to rise a little higher now stopping at your throat.
Noticing here a bright blue light that emanates from this part of the body.
Visuddha,
Throat chakra addresses speaking our truths,
Sharing our creativity and ideas and moderating that delicate balance of both sharing and listening.
As you breathe a little deeper,
Feel muscular tension dissolve away from the neck.
Ask the throat to soften.
And then inquire within yourself if this blue light is as vibrant as you would like.
Is there something you need to say that you haven't yet said?
Or perhaps have you said something that you regret?
Do you balance your speaking with your listening?
Your periods of creativity with periods of rest?
No matter what,
Bring warmth to this area of the throat.
Sense an inner smile here and forgive.
Allow your focus,
Your breath and your attention now to strengthen this area so it better represents your spiritual intelligence and your innate wisdom.
Feel now lower chakras,
Heart chakra,
Throat chakra vibrating into alignment.
Synchronizing with one another.
As they level out in intensity,
As they form a magnificent,
Long,
Powerful line.
Sending your breath into this line.
Feel your spirit growing stronger and brighter than ever before.
Allowing your consciousness now to come into this darker blue light.
The regal deep blue glow of your sixth chakra,
The third eye chakra.
This energy center is located just between your eyebrows and governs your ability to see and understand.
Seeing in this context does not mean the physical act of viewing the world around you,
But instead it really allows you to perceive the meaning of what you witness in the world.
Allow yourself to reflect on if you've been seeing clearly.
Have you been missing the obvious?
Or seeing things,
Worrying about things when there's really nothing there?
If you find yourself skewed one way or the other,
Simply use the breath to realign your body and your spirit.
As you feel your intuitive self grow in both confidence and clarity.
Feel this chakra set between your eyes.
Notice the sensations that come with it.
The more you breathe and soften here,
The more this innate wisdom bubbles up to meet you.
Project any vision or desires for your life and see them on the screen of your mind here.
Draw your awareness now,
Finally reaching up to the seventh chakra,
The crown chakra,
Which inhabits no physical space in your body but instead hovers above your head like a halo.
Some people perceive this chakra as a royal purple glow,
While others perceive it as pure white light and others a combination of all the colors we've seen so far.
Whatever you may see here,
Allow your consciousness to open.
Invite in a sense of interconnectedness.
Feel yourself connected to something so much greater than just yourself.
Draw in wisdom and inspiration and light from above the crown of the head.
If you're feeling confused,
Invite in focus.
If you're feeling stressed,
Invite in ease.
If you're feeling sadness,
Invite in love.
Open this center.
Inviting in whatever it is you need right now to bring all of the chakras into a state of balance and alignment.
It's this area that helps us by reminding us that we are not just ourselves as individuals but that we are part of a greater whole.
As you breathe in,
Welcome this sense of unity and peace that comes from being part of something greater.
And feel your physical body revel in this unity of body,
Mind,
And spirit.
And then let go.
Take some time now to integrate and understand the way this alignment feels in your body.
Sense this rainbow of light that begins at your tailbone and runs all the way up your spine illuminating your body and the room around you in vibrant energy.
Feel the strength and the confidence that comes from being totally aligned.
Body,
Mind,
And spirit working together.
Notice how your body feels now.
And breathe.
Give yourself permission to let go.
Utterly and completely giving yourself to this sense of wholeness.
In this moment you are in tune with a tremendous power,
Your own innate wisdom aligned,
Vibrant,
Glowing,
And bright.
As the guided part of this meditation comes to a close,
Just continue to focus on the way your body feels.
Enjoy the sensations of harmony and peace.
Allow your mind to drift into unconscious.
Allow your body to follow suit.
Bag political messages in detachments.
