Really enjoyed that. Especially love the visualization of the ball of light moving from the bottom of the spine to the crown, and crown out to the world. Kind of made me feel like a star, radiating light. Much love and gratitude.

I already have being using Brett’s app for yoga for years which is my go to app for all things Kundalini. She is the best for me and this chakra mediation was no less then all the great classes she teaches. Namaste x

This was a lovely second chakra visualization. It sounds as though it was part of a full body chakra experience however this recording specifically focused second chakra, beautiful imagery thank you.
