First timer and I like the way the visualization helped me to feel and view change

I did this while in the bath surrounded by water to further activate my sacral chakra and it really elevated the effects. Not only did it restore balance I was sorely lacking there, but also started to open my solar plexus chakra (which is closed up tight). Thank you for the wonderful guidance 🕉️🙏
