Let's take a few moments and tune in to you.
Find yourself a comfortable seat.
Sit upright,
But easy,
In a chair or on the floor.
Settle in.
And start by noticing some of the sounds around you.
Feel the space you're in.
Sense it.
Through sound and sensation.
Maybe even smell.
Feel yourself held by this space.
Your chair,
Your cushion.
The room around you.
And then begin to notice your breath.
Feel yourself breathing as you tune into your body in this space.
Notice the rhythm.
The flow of your breath.
And if you need to,
Take a deep and inhale.
And let out a long exhale to settle in just a little bit more.
Now scan the sensation of your body.
Feel your clothing on your skin.
Notice the expression in your face.
How are you holding your shoulders,
Your arms?
How does your body feel settled over top of your hips?
How are your hips and your legs?
Feel your whole body from the top of your head all the way down to your feet.
And then as you inhale,
Imagine the inhale filling your entire body.
As you exhale,
Feel your whole body soften.
Do this a few times.
Deep full inhales.
Slow,
Soft exhales.
Notice how your body feels.
And bring your awareness into your mind.
Observe any thoughts,
Images.
Showing up in the mind.
Acknowledge what's there.
Acknowledge it has purpose in some capacity.
But notice what you need right now and what you don't need right now.
Allow what's not needed.
To release.
To let it go.
Perhaps anchor your awareness a little bit more in your body and your breath.
To help the mind ease.
Now bring your awareness.
Your mind inward.
Into the center of your chest.
Into your heart.
As it drops into this space,
Notice what sensations might arise.
Or perhaps images.
What do you notice?
In the center of your heart today.
Right here,
Right now.
Any emotions,
Any sensations.
Allow what's there to be there.
No judgment.
What is the wisdom of your heart offering you in this moment?
Check in with yourself.
Tune in to you.
Not the you that you think you should be or that your mind tries to portray on you,
Tries to project on you.
But the you that's always been there.
Ever present.
Everlasting.
How do you connect to this part of yourself?
This sweet essence.
It's ready to guide you.
To serve you.
To help you along your path.
In this life.
Simply open yourself up.
The deepest parts of your heart that you can connect to right now.
Whatever is there is perfect.
Be with this part of yourself.
Hold it.
Allow it to hold you.
Breathe together.
Feel the unity.
The union that you hold with this place,
This part of you.
You embracing the love that it has for you.
Embracing trust.
Allow it to lead you now.
Breathe deeply into the heart center,
Expanding it through your whole body.
Softening with acceptance on your exhale.
Feeling this part of you grow a little more.
A little stronger,
A little bit more aware.
Remember,
You can come back to this awareness.
Of your heart wisdom,
Your soul.
Whenever you need.
Reconnect with yourself to find that inner guidance.
Towards your truth.
Towards what you need most.
And what's important to you.
And bring your awareness back into your whole body.
That heart resonance rippling through your entire being.

The whole body breathing.
Every cell with the wisdom of the heart.
At hand.
With the mind and the heart united,
Ready.
Way to bring your truth forward.
