Notice the sensations that connect you with your Self, the stories that pull you in or out of your Self, and come into deeper acceptance of your Self in connection with all that is, the Source of Being. You are the light.

Finding the source of your being.

Allow yourself to settle in.

Feeling the support of your body,

Your chair,

Your cushion,

Your bed,

Your couch,

Floor.

Take a deep breath in and sigh out.

Let your breath just begin to flow in its own natural way.

Take a moment to scan your body,

Feeling that connection to your body,

Sensation through the muscles of your face,

How your head rests,

Awareness through your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Sensation at the hands,

Your spine,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Space within your pelvis,

Your sacrum,

Your sit bones,

Your upper legs and knees,

Lower legs and feet.

Hold your awareness in your whole body,

From the top of your head all the way down to your feet.

Notice the sensation of your body and turning your attention towards the energy of your body,

Not just the physical awareness of your body,

The energetic awareness of your body.

How is your energy today?

Is it calm?

Do you feel fluctuations,

Agitations?

Is it light?

Is it heavy?

Is it constricted or expansive?

Notice how your breath is connected to this energy and how it also supports that energy,

Maybe helping to ease agitation,

Helping to create space where there's tightness or just holding space for whatever it is.

Maybe the breath can naturally begin to deepen,

Lengthen,

Giving you more access and awareness to your energy,

To yourself.

How are you feeling now?

Your energy is always an indicator of your inner state,

The connection between your mind and your body,

And directly connected to your breath.

Notice how your breath wants to flow.

Maintain your awareness within that energy sensation of your body.

Notice if there's any attachment to it,

Expectations of it.

Just let those go a little.

Be open,

Curious,

Gentle.

Let the breath come and go as you hold your attention within.

You might even place a hand over your heart and maybe a hand over your belly as you deepen this connection within yourself.

Pay attention to the mind,

The thoughts,

Images,

Stories,

Beliefs that move through your mind.

Always trying to make sense of things,

Always trying to manage things.

If the mind didn't have to fix or change anything right now,

What might it focus on within yourself?

Ease of being,

Ease of breath,

Being mindful of stories that might arise through the stillness,

Holding space for them if needed,

Or just gently setting them aside for another time or just letting them go,

Be free.

You didn't need to attach to the stories,

To the outcomes,

To the expectations just for this time.

What might we have access to within ourselves?

That energy,

That natural expression of your energy,

Of your self,

Unlimited,

Infinite presence,

Spacious in being.

You have a unique energy signature.

The light of your energy,

Always there.

And we can move into that deeper space of being where we're not attached to the outside energy field,

To the past,

To the future,

But we're now.

And in that nowness,

We are connected to it all.

We are connected to the space of the past.

We are connected to the space of the future,

But we are not attached to it.

It's a signature that lives with us but is not us.

We are the light of being.

We are in connection to our unique heartbeat,

Our unique energy,

In connection with all that is.

Allow yourself to be in the space of all that is.

And we feel that source of our being in its deeper union to the whole body,

Connected into the earth body,

Connected into the spiritual body of soul,

Of energy,

Of being,

Expansive peace,

Unconditional love,

Inner being,

Inner knowing,

Inner remembering,

Our source.

You are the source.

You are this light,

This point of energy,

This expansive energy that then interacts with the world around you,

The energies around you.

And you can remember this light,

This source of being,

As you navigate all the patterns that are part of your energy field in this human experience,

In this soul experience.

You remember your connection.

And you can realign with that source of connection as you move through and navigate your human life.

It all gets easier as we meet ourselves with compassion,

Curiosity,

With clarity,

Courage,

And acceptance,

Acceptance of ourselves.

As we trip,

Fumble,

And forget,

Then again remember.

And as we remember that all of us will trip,

Fumble,

Forget,

But as we remember,

We see that light in others,

And we can help them remember too.

We are all connected in our unique expression of source energy.

Be the light.

You are the light.
