And today we are working with the energy of summer.
And whether we are physically in the energy of summer or not,
It doesn't matter.
Because you can always connect to that energy.
And for me the energy of summer is really about blossoming.
It's really about expanding.
And for me it's very much about expanding your love.
So whether you are looking for a new relationship or you are in a relationship that you want to bring more love,
More joy,
More harmony,
This is perfect for you.
So we are going to start by finding a comfortable position.
Whether it's sitting or lying down.
And if you are comfortable close your eyes.
And allow your body to settle for a moment.
So relaxing all of your body.
From head to toes.
All of your internal organs.
Your bones,
Your structure,
Your skin.
You are totally relaxed.
Maybe you want to bring a smile to your face.
And you relax your mind.
Letting go of what happened before you got here.
You are to do least for the day.
Let it all go.
And focus on your breathing to keep you anchored.
And we are going to tune into the energy of summer.
What does summer represents for you?
That bubbly energy when nature is blossoming.
Mother Earth is really showing us her creativity.
With colours,
Flowers.
Birds singing with a loud voice.
The sun in the sky.
Shining really bright in the long days.
So you may see scents,
Visualise colours,
Flowers.
Birds hearing beautiful sounds.
Maybe for you summer is associated with the oceans,
The water.
Just bring that image,
That feeling in you right here,
Right now.
Allowing yourself to connect with that expansion.
That creative vortex.
In a way that is comfortable for you,
In a way that is inspiring for you.
Allowing yourself to connect with the joy that comes with expansion.
Connect with happiness deep within you.
Allowing yourself to feel joyful and happy regardless of what's happening in your external world.
So we are going to bring in energy from Mother Earth.
To nurture yourself,
To support yourself.
With that bubbly creative vortex.
That you can tap into.
Allowing every cell of your body to be energised.
Brought back to health if there is some misalignment.
Beautiful.
Bringing the energy of the sun.
To shine light on your beauty,
On your emotions,
On your feelings.
In a way that is comfortable.
In a way that it activates serenity.
Creativity.
Beautiful.
So allow the energy of summer to come through you.
And summer is very much associated in shamanism with the direction of the South.
So bring the South as an ally.
For you.
And see what you can co-create together that is vibrant,
That is joyful.
And now if you are feeling comfortable and you want to tune in the energy of love,
More love.
Being generated inside of you.
So see,
Sense,
Visualise.
Your heart expanding in a way that is comfortable.
Maybe there is a colour.
Maybe there is an image that pops to mind.
Maybe there is a sound,
A tone that comes straight from your heart.
And know that the energy of love that is generated within you is attracting more love into your life.
Whether it is romantic love,
Parental love,
Self-love.
I tell you a lot of all of them.
If that is what you wish for.
So really feel and bask in that abundance of love,
That expansion.
Beautiful.
And be very mindful of what it feels like to be expanded.
To share this love in your day to day reality.
With ease,
With grace,
Be generous.
So that even when you come out of this meditation you still bask in that energy.
You know what it feels like for you to be expansive.
So that you know how more love is coming through.
What does it feel for you?
Know that it is possible,
Know that it is always available to you.
Beautiful.
On every level of your being.
That love is there.
It is abundant.
There is plenty.
Beautiful.

Anything that makes you more joyful and that keeps you in this energy of expansion,
Of summer.

You're going to bring back your attention to your physical body.
The sounds where you are.
Close and distant.
Your body.
The chair you're sitting in or the floor you're lying on.
Start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Maybe give your spine a little stretch.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
