Summer Energy Practice

Whether you are in the Summer Season or not you can always connect to its vibrant energy any time you wish to benefit from that expansive, bubbly, vortex of energy. Personally, I like to invoke the energy of Summer when I wish to work on love, relationship, calling for a soulmate and to expand the energy of Love within me. It's also a very good ally to bring more energy and healing to our physical body. I like to follow the seasons for aligning myself with easy flow in my daily life. Enjoy!
