
Spring Meditation

By listening to this meditation the energy of Spring will bring vitality, effervescence and help with new beginnings.
Transcript
Hello,
My name is Alex and this is a meditation infused with all the benefits and qualities that spring can bring us.
Now,
It doesn't necessarily mean that you can only listen to this meditation in spring,
But it's just an invitation for you to use this meditation whenever you want to start something new,
A new project,
Maybe you're looking for a new partner,
A new career,
A new home.
It's just for you to take advantage of that little effervescence and magic that spring brings.
After winter,
You know,
Maybe we've been a little bit lonely,
We've been self-centered and spring is the magical time where the sun starts to shine a little stronger,
A little longer,
Flowers are waking up,
Nature is all in bloom.
So it's really for you to take advantage of just magical energies around you.
So if you want to really have just downloaded into you,
Just mentally say yes and you will benefit truly and fully from these qualities.
And I'm going to start by using the bells just to clear the space around you,
To clear your auric field and to really let everything that doesn't serve you anymore.
So if we just gently use the bells,
You're ready,
You might feel some space around you,
Some space opening up inside of you.
And I invite you to take a comfortable position.
Ideally,
You're sitting down with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Your body is relaxed,
But your spine is straight.
Top of your head is reaching for the sky.
And you really feel that connection to the father sky and mother earth and all the cosmic element.
Now as we're talking about spring,
The sun,
It's very important here.
So really imagine the sun shining on you.
It doesn't matter whether it's daytime or nighttime,
You can still connect to its energy.
And let this praise of the sun eliminate your old body,
Warming your heart,
Your soul,
Taking advantage of its power.
And once you've established that connection,
Start to focus on your breathing.
Not trying to change it or manipulate your breathing,
You're just observing.
Use your anchor to let go of any worries that you may have and cluttering your mind and gently,
Gently go within.
There's an attachment.
Take your time to connect with yourself.
If your mind's wandering,
Gently bring it in.
And you use your breath to stay present.
And as we're talking about spring,
I really like you to imagine that you're a magical flower that is waking up from spring,
From winter.
You're feeling energetic.
You're feeling excited.
What is this new world offering you?
A new beginning.
Around spring from the Northern Hemisphere to 21st of March is also the beginning of the new astrological year.
So it really is an opportunity for a new beginning,
For planting seeds.
What are your intentions for the year ahead?
Like that beautiful flower that is coming up,
Just looking around into the world with a new set of eyes.
What's different?
What positive changes can you bring?
What positive things do you notice around you?
And if there are challenges,
Is there another way maybe to look at them?
Bring in some colors.
Again,
Look at nature.
All these beautiful flowers.
Yellow,
Purple,
Fuchsia.
Use those colors to enhance your life,
To enhance your vision.
Bring color to someone else's life.
Whether it's somebody close to you or not.
Display flowers in your home so that you can really connect to the energy day by day.
I'd really like you to take a moment here.
I'm going to stay silent for you to check really within your body when you're thinking about colors,
When you think about flowers,
When you feel the sunshine on you.
How does it make you feel?
Really visualize those colors,
Nature,
And take a moment for yourself.
And when you check in with your body,
With your emotions,
I really also like you to take this moment to send gratitude towards the earth,
Its nature,
Its beauty.
If you know of any places that need healing,
This would be a good time to do so.
When you're ready,
Send in gratitude and healing.
I'd like you to start refocusing on your breathing.
Starting to pay attention to the noises outside of the room you're in.
Starting to notice the noises closer to you.
Gently starting to wiggle your finger and toes.
Give your spine a little stretch.
And when you're comfortable,
You can open your eyes and really carry the beauty of nature all throughout your day or your night.
