Breathe Relax Sleep

Breathe Relax Sleep was created by Jenny, a mum to five children. During those years where she had three children under the age of three, she was often exhausted, yet when the time finally came to sleep, she struggled to switch off. She would lie awake worrying about not falling asleep — and the anxiety itself would keep her awake even longer. Everything changed when she discovered meditation. By focusing on her breath and gently relaxing her body, she stopped trying to force sleep and allowed it to come naturally. That simple shift made a huge difference to her nights, and getting the rest she needed transformed her daily life. Through Breathe Relax Sleep, Jenny aims to share calming sleep music and gentle meditations designed to quiet a busy mind, relax the body, and help you drift into restful sleep. Her hope is that these practices help you release the pressure around sleep, breathe a little deeper, and find the rest you deserve.
