This breathwork practice is here to help you ease into sleep,
To transition from a state of being awake into diving into your underworld,
Into your sleeping state.
In a comfortable position,
You can already lay into your bed,
Core yourself up,
Feel how the breath flows effortlessly in and out,
Feel how you're supported by the earth,
And simply become aware of what you're experiencing right now.
Maybe have some thoughts from the day still lingering around.
Bring your focus onto your breath,
Let it flow easily in and out through your nose.
Deep inhale through your nose and exhale.
Release any stress or tensions from your body.
Allow yourself to drift into sleep.
Simply observe what is happening without resisting anything.
Bring your attention to your body.
Take some time to get comfortable in your bed.
You might find it helpful to tense up all your muscle,
Make a fist,
Cleanse your toes,
Hold them tight,
Tighter,
A little tighter,
And then release,
Let go of everything,
Release and relax every single muscle in your body.
If it feels good,
Take a deep inhale into your belly,
Pull out your whole belly with air and then let it out with a sigh.
Let your eyes become heavy and rest.
Soften your eyelids,
Loosen your jaw and feel all your facial muscles release.
With the next breath your whole head relaxes.
Notice your neck,
Your shoulders,
How do they feel?
If you want you can roll your shoulders a few times up and back down,
Soften and relax.
Feel how every breath washes from the top of your head down over your whole body.
Enjoy the rest.
Let go of any effort.
Your whole body becomes heavier and heavier.
Let that sensation of relaxation radiate through your whole system.
Yet if there are any emotions present and if so where do you notice them in your body?
Direct your breath into that area.
Feel how every cell starts to become quieter and quieter.
How good it feels to just rest.
Let yourself sink deeper into your bed.
Thoughts,
Feelings and sensations move easily through your awareness.
Your mind is completely relaxed.
Notice how your belly moves with your breath.
Let it piss off and feel the support beneath you.
The sensation of deep wellbeing is spreading through your whole presence.
You breathe deep and intentional.
Let your exhale be long and soft.
Let your body be heavy on your bed.
Everything is unwinding.
Nothing happens naturally.
Nothing you have to do.
Just relax.
There is nowhere to go.
Your breath washes over you and your mind is still.
You are completely relaxed.
You might drift in and out of sleep.
Allow yourself to rest.
Let go of everything.
Time to time bring your attention to your breathing and everything to the soul.
Sleep will come without you even noticing.
Now you can continue on your own like this allowing yourself to rest.
Let your breath be long and soft.
Let it piss off and feel the support beneath you.
