
Breathwork Journey - Trust Your Path

Hello and welcome to this breathwork meditation.
My name is Anita and I'm here to guide you through this Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.
This active and circular breath will help you to connect deeper with your inner essence and to build deeper trust in your life.
To begin the journey think about an intention you like to set for this session.
What is it that you want to invite into your life and where would you like to experience more inner trust?
During the process of this breathwork journey we begin to clear the pathways and to develop the feeling how it is when you walk with deep inner trust.
As we start to get ready for the session you can prepare the space.
Maybe you want to burn some Palo Santo or sage to clear the room.
Maybe you want to light a candle and create an atmosphere which supports your journey.
You can then lay either on your bed,
Sofa or on your yoga mat wherever you feel most comfortable.
Make sure you won't be distracted during the whole session.
Maybe have a blanket and an eye pillow close in case you want to cover yourself up.
You can have a flat pillow underneath your head but make sure it's not too high.
Your throat should still be open so the air can move freely.
I'm shortly going to introduce you to this breathing technique.
During this time you can already lay down and get comfortable.
Maybe you want to wiggle your hips a bit from side to side or all your shoulders up and back down and then let yourself sink into that landing pad.
This breathing technique is called conscious connective breathwork.
Meaning your inhales and your exhales are connected.
You're going to breathe with an open mouth and create the sound of an ah-ha.
It sounds like this.
You fill up your whole belly and chest with air and then you exhale in one go without pushing.
Get the gentle and circular in and exhale.
The sensations are getting too intense.
You can always inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth or if you wish to take a short break you can always do so.
We're now starting the practice.
Take a first deep conscious inhale saying yes to yourself,
Yes to life.
You will hear someone breathing in the background which you can follow along the rhythm.
As you start to drop in your mind might wander wrong or maybe your body feels restless.
Just become the observer of what's happening right now.
I always say the first five to ten minutes are the work of breathwork.
Just keep following the rhythm and feel how you slowly start to relax more and more.
You're guided and supported by your breath.
Trust the wisdom of your body and you can already ask now what's the message my body,
My spirit and my mind have for me today.
Start a journey out of your head down into your heart and then further down into your center.
Connecting with your inner guide.
This inner voice which often has to be quiet or isn't heard.
This is the moment to listen.
As the energy starts to move your body becomes more and more alive.
Deep breath into your belly,
Into your chest and release.
By now you might feel some tingling sensations or a little lightheadedness.
This is completely normal.
Just keep breathing.
With this breathing technique you clear out energy blockages,
Stuck or unhealed emotions and you can also resolve negative thinking patterns.
Continue as the breath just starts to get deeper and deeper.
Long inhale with an open mouth.
Gentle exhale through the open mouth.
Feel how the belly rises with the inhale and falls with the exhale.
We're really taking our time here to arrive,
Create a safe space.
You can gently whisper to your nervous system.
This is a safe space for you to relax,
Softly open your heart.
Go deeper and deeper.
Sometimes you might find yourself wondering what's my path,
Why I'm really here in this life.
You might question your decisions.
You might wonder what others think.
From this place of questioning start to look deeper within.
Go to your essence.
Place in yourself which knows exactly what is right for you right in this moment.
Connect deeper with your intuition.
When you hear the voice,
When you hear a little message for you,
Know that this voice has the best intention,
That you're guided and supported.
Just need to create silence for it to be heard.
Continue with your inhales and exhales.
Relax your whole body.
Knowing if the emotions are getting too strong you can always take a break.
And if necessary you can also open your eyes and have a look around and then find your way back to the breath.
Come back to that feeling of how are you when you trust in yourself?
What decisions would you make?
Maybe you can notice this new self-confidence somewhere in your body.
Knowing that you have infinite resources within yourself.
But every day you wake up you have the decision to step closer to your essence,
To reinvent yourself,
To let go of the old stories.
There's this deep inner quality inside yourself which has no fear.
Resides in pure trust.
Who knows that you are a powerful being.
A powerful being able to manifest whatever you wish and deserve in life.
And if there right now are doubts coming up or limiting self-beliefs,
Meet them in love and compassion.
This is your journey of growth.
Let them pass by like the clouds in the sky.
Let the breath take you a little bit deeper.
Deep inhale,
Gentle exhale.
Cultivate the feeling of trust inside your body.
Anchor it inside your body,
Maybe in your center,
Point just below your belly button.
Maybe you feel your heart opening.
Tap into that sensation.
Now I want you to come back to your intention.
Meet this intention,
This deep desire.
Meet it with the strength to believe in yourself and in your path.
How would you walk,
Talk and look this manifestation has come to reality?
How good it feels to trust in yourself.
Knowing that you're walking both feet on the ground connected at the earth,
Connected with your path.
And knowing that what sometimes feels like the wrong path is exactly where you have to go so you end up just to your next chapter.
Also knowing that you deserve to receive,
To receive the most highest outcome possible.
Dream big and shine bright.
And sometimes on this path you might encounter some obstacles.
There might be some moments you feel stuck.
Whenever this happens,
Tap back into that feeling.
Close your eyes and listen within and come back into trust and knowing that everything will unfold perfectly.
Stop waiting to allow yourself to be happy.
Let go of the conditioning that at some point when you reach X or Y you're gonna be happy.
Tap into joy and trust right now right here and attract what is yours from this place of gratitude.
Cultivate this deep connection with your inner compass right now.
Anchor it somewhere in your body.
Allow your breath to enter with grace and exhale with peace.
And from this place you attract a truly authentic life.
Feel your presence,
Feel the energy with your presence.
Knowing that you're exactly where you're meant to be.
Meeting yourself with kindness and compassion.
Now let yourself bathe in that abundance of joy,
Love and trust.
Now slowly shift the breathing into your nose.
You're moving into the integration phase of this practice.
Let go even more.
Enjoy the energy moving,
Feeling of your whole body pulsating and being alive.
Feel the deep relaxation spreading in your whole body into every cell.
Be patient for your system.
Your inner child gets comfortable in this newly cleared path.
Instead enjoy the sensation of returning home.
You can stay in this relaxation for a bit longer.
You can turn off this recording and whenever you will come back you can slowly start with the toes,
The fingers and a little movement.
Stretch yourself out,
Touch your skin,
Feel your physical boundaries and then bring your hands to your heart.
Take a moment of gratitude.
