Welcome to this Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.
Get your space ready,
Create a comfortable atmosphere.
Maybe you want to burn some palo santo or sage to clear the space.
Maybe you want to light a candle or write a little intention on a piece of paper.
And then make sure that you are not distracted by any means in the next upcoming minutes.
We're going to do this practice laying down so make sure you have a comfortable landing pad ready.
If you use a cushion make sure it's not too high and maybe you want to cover yourself up with a comfortable blanket.
Conscious connected breath is a form of a hyperventilation meaning you're going to breathe faster than normally.
You're going to breathe in and out through the open mouth.
Long exhale.
If you wish by any moment to breathe in through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
There's no right or wrong so make sure you feel comfortable with the breath.
You might experience some tingling sensations especially in your hands and your face.
Maybe your hands will cramp a little.
If this is happening just really slow down your breath and take it easy.
Everything is all right.
You can always at any point stop the faster breath,
Have a little rest and everything will come back to normal very fast.
There's also the possibility that you shake out your hands,
That you move your body a bit.
If you feel the wish to sit up you can do so.
Change position.
Just take care if you feel like standing up as you might get dizzy that you really make sure that you feel ready to stand up.
Otherwise just lay back down on your back and have a little rest.
You can get now ready to lay down and get comfortable.
Maybe you want to cover up your eyes.
Maybe you want to move a bit around,
Move a bit your hips from side to side,
Roll your shoulders up and down and then come into a shavasana position meaning you're laying on your back and your palms are facing up towards the sky.
From there allow yourself to come into stillness.
Connect first with your natural breath,
Feeling how the air flows in through your nose,
How your belly and your chest rises with the inhalation and how your body relaxes with the exhalation.
Take a few conscious breaths and more and more still.
Maybe notice how your feet are connected with the earth,
How your legs become heavier and heavier and how your lower belly can relax.
Opening the space for life energy to flow from you,
Through you,
To clear and to invite the new version of yourself.
When you feel ready you can start now to deepen and fasten your breath.
Find your own rhythm.
In and out.

Every breath is a yes to life,
A yes to yourself.
Imagine how you are traveling deeper and deeper into your unconscious self,
Into your inner atmosphere or you're traveling into the smallest part of yourself,
Into your cells,
How there's a certain vibration inside your body.
Now this vibration is rippling out into the outer space,
Way further out than your actual physical body.
There's a world of endless possibilities for you.
Just waiting to be discovered.
You following your intuition,
Your heart.
Feel how the energy is running through your body.
There is a vibration with every breath.
How you're clearing out your nadis,
Also called meridians,
Your energy channels.
Every exhale is a clearing of your system.
Every inhale is an invite for the life energy to flow.
And with every breath you create new space in your whole being.
Imagine how you're plugging in into a bigger field as you will plug in your some electric device.
This is what you're doing right now.
Plugging in your whole being,
Body,
Mind and soul.
You're connecting something way bigger than you can imagine.
There's a whole universe inside you and inside every cell.
You are life force.
You are divine energy.
Every breath recharges you.
Maybe just a color,
A shape,
An image arising for you.
Open up to what your inside is telling you.
Intuition,
Your gut feeling.
Every breath showers you with love and inspiration.
Feel how you're connected with the earth.
With the sky.
How you are part of a whole cosmos.
And how with every breath the energy is moving through you.
That you have your own unique rhythm.
This rhythm which guides you through life.
Your life force energy is flowing through you.
To give you more breath in your own rhythm.
Expressing yourself.
If you wish to make some sounds or some movements,
Do so.
Claim the space.
Claim your voice.
What is it that this life force energy would like to express through you?
And it is from this place of connectedness that you're stepping back into the outer world.
Filled with life,
Joy and gratitude.
You can slowly start to breathe again through your nose.
Find a slower paced breath.
Until you're back to a natural rhythm.
Let your body,
Mind and soul become still.
And have a rest in this stillness.
