Hi,

This is Bri.

Thank you so much for pressing play on this meditation.

In this meditation we are going to just focus on the breath in a quick time span so that we can find calm and so that we can have a moment of peace in this thing we call life.

So just allow yourself to release and relax in whatever position feels comfortable for you.

Begin to breathe in through your nose five seconds and out through your nose or your mouth for five seconds.

Allow this breath to bring your focus back inward to yourself and inward towards your internal world to all that you are,

To all that you feel.

Just becoming present with yourself.

Breathing five in through the nose and five seconds out through the nose or mouth.

Breathing five in through the nose.

If you have any thoughts don't worry about them.

Thoughts come and go.

It's a part of our human condition.

Just focus on what it feels like to be.

Just noticing without any judgment your body and how your body is feeling today.

Can you feel your toes?

Feeling your legs,

Your calves all while you're breathing.

Just connecting back to your body.

Feeling your quadriceps,

Feeling your bum,

Feeling your tummy and your chest,

Feeling your throat,

Feeling your arms down through your arms to your fingers,

Feeling your face and maybe any air that tingles the skin on your face.

All just while breathing that nice pace of breath.

Five in and five out.

Noticing how the breath has a way of allowing us to come back to our center and noticing how the breath invites in calm,

Invites in peace,

Invites in tranquility.

You can say to yourself,

I am calm,

I am peace,

I am tranquility and so it is.

Thank you for meditating with me.
